Conveniently located between the beaches of Tybee Island and the charm of downtown Savannah, Our Boat on Tybee provides a quiet, romantic change of pace overnight stay. With stunning sunsets and regular visits from the local wildlife (otters, dolphins, etc) this will be a trip you won't soon forget. Our Boat is ideal for 2 guests, but a third adult guest is permitted with an additional $100 nightly fee. Our Boat on Tybee is not ideal for guests with mobility issues or children under 13 years

The "Pearl" is a small (756sf) cottage now located in the (commercial district) heart of Tybee's South (main) beach. Cottage is "beach vibe" decor & cozy. Located at the Tybee Island Marina on Lazaretto Creek, along the western boundary of Tybee Island, The Houseboat offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views nestled in a serene spot between the beach on Tybee or a day exploring Savannah. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.

This is a house split in half, so locked doors between you but noise consideration is appreciated!
