Goda bussförbindelser till bla Göteborg, Smögen, Lysekil, ca 1 timmes resväg. 4 km finns Lyckorna golfklubb. 15 min med bil finner du ett stort köpcentrum. Vill du njuta av stillheten i skog och natur har du fina vandringsleder nära flera sjöar med start ca 1 km från boendet.

Skapa nya minnen i detta unika och familjevänliga boende. Med 5 minuters gång väg till salta bad, familjevänliga stränder. Eller ett besök på Landbadet med utomhusbassänger, ligger 5 minuters promenad från stugan. Eller varför inte gör ett besök på Emaus lantgård som erbjuder lekplatser, ponny ridning och massa andra djur, det är också gratis samt 5 min promenad avstånd. Wifi och chromecast finns. Stugan är på ca 50kvm med nytt badrum (toaletten är inne i stugan.) Duschen är på gaveln på huset.

Stilfull och otroligt mysig liten stuga på 25 kvm byggd 2021 i lugnt & skönt läge i Ammenäs/Stången med närhet till skog, natur, vandringsleder & gångavstånd till salta bad sommar som vintertid. Till stugan hör en parkering och även en altan som sommartid (Jun-Aug) är utrustad loungemöbler, solsängar & grill. Närhet till Torp köpcentrum och Uddevalla centrum. I närområdet Bohuslän finns även många fina utflyktsmål, restauranger. shopping, inredningsbutiker, aktiviteter som tex padel & Golf.

A cottage with a view in Ljungskile

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Comfortable holiday house for 6 pers, just outside Uddevalla, in the heart of the Swedish west coast. Perfect location with lots of privacy. Separate guesthouse available. Spacious terrace for sunbathing and evening bbq. You will love swimming in the fjord. Private beach and jetty (for the neighbourhood). Open fireplace and unlimited Wi-Fi. The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

Stuga på 60kvm med egen strand & äldre standard. Två sovrum, ett badrum med toalett och dusch samt tvättmaskin. Fullt utrustat kök med kyl och frys sam induktionshäll med ugn. Bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Matplatser för 6 personer både inne och ute på altanen som vetter mot havet. Gasolgrill, parasoll, tillgång till egen strand. Notera att det är ett par trappsteg ner till stranden (!) 3kajaker, 1 dubbel 2 singel och samt en liten båt finns att tillgå under vistelsen.Vedeldad badtunna finns

A small modern house with most of what is needed. The kitchen consists of a stove, microwave, oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. The toilet consists of a shower, toilet and washing machine. Separate bedroom with large double bed. A sofa bed is in the kitchen / living room with TV and wifi. There is a conservatory next to the house and at the back of the house you will find the terrace with table and barbecue.
