We keep our prices low for 2 people, so please note that while we have space for up to 6 guests, each additional guest will incur small additional charges.

Half-Moon Cottage

Enjoy privacy in this beautifully handcrafted cottage with arched ceilings. The cottage is 2 miles from downtown Goshen - a vibrant small town with restaurants and shops. It's 1 mile from Goshen College, 45 minutes from Notre Dame and 25 minutes from the Amish town of Shipshewana. The cottage is beside a fruit, nut and berry orchard and gardens. It's adjacent to a city bike trail that links to the Pumpkinvine nature/bike trail. It's close to a train crossing (with whistle) and a busy street.

For anyone seeking a larger city, Fort Wayne is a 45 minutes' drive, where you can visit the Zoo, Theatres and Botanical Conservatory.

On beautiful Pretty Lake, 11 miles from Culver, 25 Miles from University of ND. 18 hole public golf course on the west end of PL. 3 twin beds and 2 queen size beds in the bedrooms. A queen size sofa sleeper located in tv room. A new dishwasher, furnace and window air conditioners for the summer months. A kayak, 4 paddle boards, and a paddle boat are available to you. Dogs are welcome, max. 2, with a great yard to run and play. Due to liability, the speed boat and golf cart are not available.

Enjoy privacy with the massive pine trees behind you. Relax on the front porch and watch the sunset beyond the horse pasture and cornfields. The cabin boasts Wi-Fi, TV screen w options,a soaker tub, queen bed, recliners with heating feature, a full kitchen stocked with pots and pans, a washer and dryer. Everything you need for a longer stay.

All photos are 2025. 4 large bedrooms, 3 FULL bathrooms all separate from bedrooms. Easy walk to academy, Lake Max, ALL restaurants & stores within 2 blocks. Big yard/large deck w/ grill. Washer/dryer, DISH, WiFi. 1 bedroom, 1 full bath downstairs, no stairs for either for older or special needs. 1-night weekday rental ONLY allowed in winter. We've raised a big family and now have several empty bedrooms in one end of our home. There are 3 bedrooms and 4 beds (2 king beds and 1 twin….also a fold up twin mattress for floor) a bathroom and a living room area. It's not fancy but clean and comfortable. . Breakfast is an option if I'm available and is requested ahead of time. We’re across the street from Lake Manitou. We’re also close to 2 golf courses. We are just a few miles from H.way 31. Lovely one bedroom apartment where you can relax, work, or play amidst the beautiful nature around Goshen Dam Pond and Mill Race Canal. Great birding, biking, and fishing. (Bring bikes, fishing gear, kayaks, and binoculars.) Community: Goshen College and Goshen Hospital are walking distance. Close to downtown restaurants, Janus Motorcycles, and Greencroft Communities. Notre Dame is only 45 min away. Strong, consistent WiFi for your devices. (No TV.)

Culver/Lake Max Home... In-Town & Close to Academy

Clean, Comfortable, Updated Home just steps off of Main Street and a short walk to Cafe Max. A great home for Academy parents to stay while visiting their children. Also, a great residence to stay in if your child's team is playing a Culver team. Dogs are welcome, please no cats. $50 additional pet cleaning fee. Need the house for consecutive weekends? Let me know. Happy to be flexible with cleaning fees and unused mid-week days.
