The Wagon in the Woods is a bespoke, self-contained little place in the country with a private woodland, ideal for those wanting a tranquil and restful getaway.

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Here is our newly completed shepherds Hut -Gwenlli a welsh name that depicts the view of Bardsey Island on the horizon. Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.

Located in the stunning Howardian Hills, this is a peaceful and romantic location. A perfect all year round escape. You park your car and the hut is a 5 minute walk from our house- make sure you pack suitable footwear. We can transport your luggage to the hut. The hut has cooking facilities (oven and a hob), there is also a fire pit for barbecues and a picnic table for outdoor dining. You have exclusive use of a hot tub which is right next to the hut.
