The Annex

Newly fitted out separate self contained annexe in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Downstairs is a well equipped modern kitchen. Upstairs is a large studio-style space which is light and airy, with a separate shower room. There is a king size bed, also a sofa bed which would sleep another adult or two children. Stair gate, high chair and travel cot available if required. Parking on drive. Also plenty of space for bikes. In a lovely village with good amenities and country walks.

The Den self-contained annex.

The Den is a self- contained annex, which is very comfortable for 4 guests. It will provide everything you need for a short or long stay in Melton Mowbray. We provide tea, coffee, bread, milk etc. The property has a fitted kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. An open living space leads to two bedrooms with king size beds, & a bathroom with a walk in shower. There is parking for two cars on the drive and plenty of on street parking. Check in is from 3pm, & check out is by 10am.

Fosse Paddock Studios are 4 modern, clean, purpose built, self-contained ground level studio apartments in a countryside setting with secure parking. These will accommodate 2 Adults & possibly 2 small children. Each studio is open plan and includes a king sized bed, wardrobe, 2 free view TV's, kitchen area with cooking facilities, spacious bathroom, large walk-in shower as well as sofa bed.
