The city releases these non biting bugs in spring to control the mosquitoes, but by the end of summer there are billions of them in the area.

Private Basement Studio Hideaway

Basement studio is located near the hospital, Oregon Tech college campus, downtown and several restaurants. Build completed in January of 2022 by owners. There is a TV and strong Wi-Fi is available. You may hear footsteps from overhead walking as original hardwood is a bit creaky in spots. You get a jug of pre-filtered electrolyzed reduced hydrogen water in the fridge as well as pre-filtered water right from the kitchen tap and a pre-filter on the shower. Have questions? Ask me.

Crater Lake/Rocky point Vacation cabin

This cabin is remote and is tucked in the woods. There are 3 lodges close by with great restaurants. Harriman' s is the closest. The cabin sleeps six comfortably. King bed, queen bed and two twin beds. Walking distance or short drive to crater lake zip line, lots of beautiful hiking trails, miles of lake to canoe or kayak. Only 45 miles to crater lake. Fully stocked kitchen. Quiet and peaceful. Fire pit outside for campfire (no campfires allowed at this time) BBQ grill
