There's a bathroom for worshin' up, a kitchen for cookin' vittles, a gatherin' room for pool and cards, a front porch with a swing so you can spit-n-whittle, and if Mother Nature allows, there's even a fire-pit for tellin' yarns. Spend a summer day in/on the river and relax, or drive to Crater Lake (about 35 min. away) - our neighborhood national park !!! Or Kla-Mo-Ya Casino within a few miles to try your luck !!

Try your luck at Klamoya Casino and enjoy dinner at the Peak to Peak restaurant. Access to attached garage for extra security of your vehicle or gear. Back deck area with BBQ, table and chairs. Several winter trails close by for snowmobiling and snowshoeing.

Private Basement Studio Hideaway

Basement studio is located near the hospital, Oregon Tech college campus, downtown and several restaurants. Build completed in January of 2022 by owners. There is a TV and strong Wi-Fi is available. You may hear footsteps from overhead walking as original hardwood is a bit creaky in spots. You get a jug of pre-filtered electrolyzed reduced hydrogen water in the fridge as well as pre-filtered water right from the kitchen tap and a pre-filter on the shower. Have questions? Ask me.

Home in the country. 30 minutes from Crater Lake

This is a simple 3 bedroom two bath manufactured home 1/2 mile off highway 97. 2 bedrooms are furnished and the 3rd bedroom is used as an office. We have great wifi. Crater Lake is close by...1/2 hour, There are Klamath and Agency Lakes close by with great fishing. Lots of bird watching opportunities from the home and surrounding area. We charge $15 per person per night after the first two guests. We also charge $15 per pet, and a $10 a day electricity fee. Thanks
