The Highbanks is a 3 Bedroom 1.5 bath home that can sleep and feed up to 6 people. Full breakfast is included! Serve yourself: Items included, but not limited to; Coffee (decaf/reg),hot cocoa (kureig+ traditional pot), several kinds of cereal, waffles, pancakes, milk, juice, eggs, sausage, bread + more! The Home has HEPA filter, and UV light air filtration, and laundry facilities on site with soap and detergent. There's large driveway with plenty of parking for trucks+boats/trailers/RV's etc.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. We purchased this house from our dear grandmother who loved her view of the bay, hence the name; Martha’s Bay View. You cannot beat the beautiful view of Lake Superior and the amazing sunsets. Not far from 2nd Sand Beach for swimming and picnics. Use this as home base for all the sightseeing our area has to offer. Fully operational kitchen with microwave, coffee pot/Keurig. No pets and no smoking. All bedrooms and bathroom on second floor.

Random Point is a quiet, isolated oasis on a private, 300 ft beach cove on Lake Superior with a trout pond and 10 wooded acres. Both rentals and the outdoor sauna have stunning views of the Lake. This enchanted location is 5 miles from downtown Mqt with easy access to the University, restaurants, shops, hiking & biking trails. Snowmobile trails are only 1/3rd of a mile away and you can ride your sled from here. Enjoy spectacular views of the lake, kayaking, and campfires on the patio. Our area is full of history and charm. Come visit! Parking for 3 trucks, plus trailers. Please Note: We charge $10 per night per person over 2 people.

You will think of this 3 bedroom 2 bath house on the lake as your home away from home. Summer brings water sports, grilling and eating on the deck and enjoying sunsets over the lake. Winter months include accessing snowmobile trails from your front door, nearby downhill and cross country ski venues and snowshoeing. Curl up by a crackling fire at days end. Spring brings day trips to beautiful waterfalls. Fall brings hunting to mind. Plenty of wooded areas for bird and deer hunting.
