This one-bedroomed house is located in a small gated development tucked away from the bustle of town, yet only a few yards from the restaurants, pubs and antique shops. The house is decorated in modern colours and comfortably furnished with vintage furniture. There is a small pretty courtyard-garden for alfresco lunches. There is secure parking for a small/medium sized car.

The self contained annexe is located in the charming village of Lodsworth, close to the towns of Midhurst & Petworth (with plentiful antique shops). Very convenient for Cowdray Polo, Chichester & Goodwood festivals. The sandy beaches of The Witterings are only a 40 mins drive away. The village has a lovely pub & shop stocking local produce. The Roost is ideal for couples and solo adventurers. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets or infants. NO CLEANING FEE ADDED!

The meeting house is a charming 16th Century 2 floor loft apartment with an abundance of characterful features with exposed beams located in the heart of the beautiful market town of Petworth. It is tastefully decorated to a very high standard with new furniture and soft furnishings throughout that can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. A wonderful spot for a weekend retreat, a base for walking and sight seeing with fabulous pubs, galleries and shops on the doorstep!
