Cutest little house that fit all of our needs. Located right off the main road with lots of parking. Super clean, will stay here again!

Great place and perfect for what we needed for our stay in Champaign for Dad’s Day weekend! Seth and Justine were great to communicate with and always prompt to respond. Their home is so vintage and cool! Very close to campus, easy to park and easy to Uber to and from. We will definitely stay again!

House was clean and yard was well taken care of. I did not have to worry about my two dogs at all. Neighborhood is super quiet. I did hear traffic but where don't you! Kitchen is well stocked. The little bonus treats she leaves are fantastic she had cold bottles of water& snacks for us, dog water & food bowls, doggy bags and a new toy for them! Plenty of blankets if we needed extra there were plenty of extra! Would recommend 10/10 ♥️♥️

Tori’s place is charming! This was my second time staying and did not disappoint! I was in town for the Roger Ebert film festival and like last year Tori’s place served as the perfect spot to relax between movie screenings — super cute, cozy, clean, and with a huge fenced in backyard, we would gladly recommend to anyone looking for a safe and beautifully unique place to stay! Thanks so much again Tori!

We were in town for a funeral. The house was perfect, super clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt safe. Will stay again if in the area. Thank you so much Karen!!!

This little house has been transformed into a lovely little get away. Great lay out. Perfect for a work and stay. The neighborhood in the spring is super lovely. The whole house was spotless. its newly redecorated but they are not relying on the fresh paint to make it feel clean it is Actually clean. If you have allergies to floral scents bring an allergy pill, the air fresheners are not super gross but everything is thoughtfully scented, so be advised. windows do open easily. I would likely stay again. It was perfect for my partner. The mattress was super comfortable. kitchen is set up so you can use it. Very thoughtfully arranged. Great communication. Flexible with check out time. Overall great hosts.

This house is a gem. Perfect place to stay while visiting someone at UIUC. Plenty of driveway parking, the backyard and deck get 10 out of 10 stars. Plenty of space to sleep, eat and shower for our group of 12. Great hot water supply, even using all 4 showers at once, the water pressure and temperature never wavered. Beds are comfy.

I was there for mom’s weekend. Great location. Way too much space for me, but I booked pretty last minute.

We couldn’t be happier with our stay at Tatiana’s house! We got there in a rain storm, easily got right in, and were transported into a beautiful, inviting and spacious home. Undoubtedly the kitchen was the gathering place for the entire weekend. All the beds were comfortable and everyone slept well, which is always a tell tale sign for a great stay away from home.

Lots of space. Well stocked kitchen. Updated bathrooms. Good common spaces as well. Very clean. Friendly host. Great location for visiting U of I campus and an easy walk to downtown Champaign.
