El anfitrión se comunicó conmigo en todo momento, me permitió ingresar un poco antes del horario de check in y al llegar ya nos estaba esperando en la puerta. El piso estaba reluciente y super equipado, ambientes espaciosos y luminosos, además de que la ubicación es genial. Está a unos 10 mins caminando de la playa de Venus y un poco menos del Cable. Hay un Mercadona enorme a 50 metros para hacer compras. MUY RECOMENDABLE!!

We had the pleasure of staying at Pascal's apartment for a week recently. Our family of six truly enjoyed our time there. The apartment has everything we needed, and everything worked perfectly. The beds were very comfortable and the place was spotlessly clean. The apartment’s private, lawn area leads directly to the beach. The apartment is spread over three levels, and there is a parking garage beneath it. The location is excellent: there are grocery stores nearby, and it's a short drive to Marbella and Estepona. A car is recommended. If you enjoy running or walking, there is a long, paved coastal path that starts right in front of the apartment, stretching several kilometers toward Estepona. The apartment is so wonderful that we would come back anytime. We highly recommend it to everyone. It is also perfect for families.

Min familie og jeg har hatt fem netter i denne store, lekre leiligheten i vakker beliggenhet på stranda. Terrassene har gode solforhold, leiligheten er stor og det er praktisk med et bad pr soverom + ekstra toalett. Vi fikk mulighet til tidlig innsjekking. Sue var en super vert, som alltid svarte raskt og vennlig. Vi fikk tips om restauranter og ting å gjøre, informasjon om at de fleste butikker var stengt 1. mai og telefonnummer til taxi. Området passer veldig fint for deg som liker å gå tur i vakre omgivelser. Det er to fine strandrestauranter rett ved siden av. Vi gir Sue, leiligheten og beliggenheten våre beste anbefalinger.

Le propriétaire est très gentil et toujours disponible. L'appartement était parfaitement propre et conforme à la description. Séjour très agréable, je recommande vivement

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay – Perfect for Recovery and Relaxation! I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Marbella! The place is huge, beautifully designed, and offers an absolutely breathtaking ocean view. It’s located in the same building as the renowned Cirumed Clinic, making it an ideal choice for anyone recovering from surgery. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, and the hosts were truly exceptional. After my surgery, I had limited mobility, and Anna Maria went above and beyond to assist me—she provided great tips for ordering groceries online and even brought me a whole package of water! The experience was wonderful, and I hope to return soon—next time, hopefully, to fully enjoy the beach. Highly recommend this place for both recovery and a relaxing getaway!

We had a lovely stay. Apartment was clean and spacious. Large balcony area and the pool is great, never too busy, decent sun loungers and umbrellas. There is a large allocated parking space in the garage, much wider than you would expect, easily big enough for a large SUV, although you can also park on the street; except for Wednesdays as it is market day between 0700-1600 hours. If you are interested then the gym consists of two rooms, one with two benches and two barbells/rack. There are a selection of 20kg, 10kg, 5kg and 2.5kg olympic weight plates, around 140kg total. Selection of dumbbells 5kg, 7.5kg, 10kg, 15kg. The other room consists of cardio such as exercise bikes and cross trainers. If you need anything more then Las Mesas is a 2 minute walk across the park and has a large indoor and outdoor gym which you can get a day pass to for €9.80. Overall, this is a great place to stay, there is some construction going on but didn’t bother us and would definitely stay here again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le logement est très confortable et bien équipé. Nous avons profité de la localisation de cet appartement pour visiter la région. Le seul bémol concerne la terrasse. Elle est magnifique et très grande mais la proximité de l'autoroute fait qu'elle est extrêmement bruyante. Cela ne nous a pas trop derangé car nous avons beaucoup bougé mais des personnes qui rechercheraient le calme et souhaiteraient profiter du lohement toute la journée pourraient être déçus.

Loved the location and Mariano was amazing, but the house really needs updating- beds were quite uncomfortable and outside furniture really needs replacing. The house seems very geared towards families with children rather than adults. The bathroom really needs renovation and I would suggest a double bed in the back bedroom for an adult. But the location was wonderful and the sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking taking! Also, Mariano goes above and beyond for clients- very impressive and so kind!

Absolutely incredible stay! Location was incredible, right next to the pool, beach and bars and restaurants! The pool was so clean, beach was so amazing and the food in the restaurants were great! Jenna was amazing. She was so communicative, we had x2 kids and she went above and beyond! The house was clean and had all the amenities!! Jenna was an amazing host!! Thank you

C’était un magnifique sejour, j’ai eu la chance de partager cette expérience avec mon groupe d’amis. À refaire, tout était parfait, équiper, bien ranger, exactement comme sur les photos du site. Honnêtement un des meilr voyage qu’on a pu faire entre amis, le cadre était exceptionnel, une épicerie était collé à l’appartement ce qui facilite l’achat de produits essentiels, la proximité avec la plage était magnifique. En bref je vous recommande fortement cet Airbnb. Merci à vous et bonne continuation !! On espère revenir bientôt!

Alles war wirklich super! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und die Unterkunft war top! Küche - super ausgestattet Betten - bequem Wohnzimmer - 👍🏻 Lage 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻, den Kaffee habe ich jeden Morgen an Strand getrunken ☀️! Kommunikation mit Alexander 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. Wir kommen gerne wieder 🫶. Vielen Dank!

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gleichzeitig funktional eingerichtet und ist in echt gemütlicher noch als auf den Fotos. Die Betten und Sitzgelegenheiten waren wirklich sehr bequem. Wir haben uns mit Kleinkind außerdem sehr über die kleinen Stühle, den Tritthocker, die Spielzeuge und das Kinderbesteck gefreut - unsere Kleine hat sich direkt willkommen gefühlt. Generell war die Einrichtung sehr kinderfreundlich. Auch wenn die Temperaturen nicht zum Schwimmen eingeladen haben, haben wir viel Zeit am Strand verbracht - er ist schöner und mit feinerem Sand als an vielen anderen Stränden an der Costa del Sol. Die Einfahrt direkt aus dem Highway heraus war etwas überraschend, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran. Und Achtung für empfindliche Schläfer: die Schlafzimmer können für den Schlaf leider nicht richtig abgedunkelt werden, vor allem das Hauptschlafzimmer bleibt komplett hell. Für das Kinderzimmer mussten wir noch Decken an ein Fenster hängen. Danke für alles!

La casa era tal cual el anuncio. Hemos pasado unos días muy agradables. Seguramente repetiremos ! Cabe destacar que la casa estaba bastante bien equipada.

Unas vacaciones estupendas, todo perfecto, la playa a 5minutos, y la piscina de la comunidad espectacular, césped, hamacas todo maravilloso. La casa para nosotros estaba muy cómoda, para una pareja todo a mano. Gracias a Adrián por todo, volveremos seguro

Excellent apartment in Carvajal. Really close to transport. Stones throw from the beach and breathtaking sea views. Apartment was very clean and well furnished and Jens was very responsive when we had a small issue with the hot water. Highly recommend

Loved the apartment, we will be going back. 1 The view of the sea is stunning. 2 The apartment is well equipped and has a range of cooking utensils 3 The apartment and balcony were secure and private 4 The balcony is large and could accommodate 6 people around a table. 5 The balcony faces south, giving plenty of sun. Shade is always available. 6 There is an excellent supermarket 10 min walk 7 There are many bars and a new salad restaurant close by 8 There is an excellent restaurant "T42" in the square 4 min walk 9 Very comfortable beds 10 Very efficient air con and WIFI.

Das Apartment zeichnet sich durch die sehr zentrale Lage aus. Es befindet sich in der 2. Etage eines sauberen, ordentlichen Hauses. Der Balkon und das Schlafzimmer befinden sich von der Straße abgewandt, daher sehr ruhig, und vom Balkon aus blickt man auf ein Gartenstück mit Palmen. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber Marco hat auf unsere Wünsche sofort reagiert und uns zwei einzelne Bettdecken bringen lassen statt einer großen. Danke dafür. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Die Stadt Estepona mit ihrer Altstadt ist sowieso immer eine Reise wert. Erwähnenswert ist noch, dass es einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage gibt, die bei der dortigen Parksituation sehr angenehm war.

Opravdu nádherný apartmán s výhledem snů. Bylo nám tam tak krásně, že jsme uskutečnili méně výletů než jsme původně plánovali, abychom si mohli užít více času na úžasné terase s výhledem na nekonečné moře. Skvělá poloha na ranní běhání podél moře, koupání i podvečerní delší procházku do historické Estepony. Silvia vždy okamžitě a mile reagovala, boho design interiéru apartmánu byl velmi útulný, kuchyň skvěle vybavená a v ložnici se moc dobře spalo. Určitě doporučuji. Rádi se vrátíme.

Have stayed before with an excellent sized property that actually caters for 6 guests unlike others advertised and very cost competitive. ie:- all bedrooms have storage facilities (wardrobes/Chests). Kitchen cutlery, crockery. Patio - seating for 6. Our first choice apartment in this block of apartments at Los Morenos 3

Endroit tranquille au bord de la mer. La maison est très accueillante. Très bien équipée et très confortable. Située très près de restaurants où on a très bien mangé, de supermarchés et même de club sportifs (Tenis, paddle,surf...). Je tiens à remercier vivement l'équipe Terrasur qui par leur réactivité et leur disponibilité ont rendu notre séjour très agréable. On a passé une semaine top.

Eine Perle direkt am Meer! Lauras Haus ist wunderschön, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Zudem gibt es einen Weinkühlschrank mit tollen und preiswerten Weinen. Wir haben dies sehr geschätzt. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, ein paar wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Wir haben es geliebt! Laura ist eine super Gastgeberin, hat uns nützliche Tipps gegeben und hat uns sehr gut empfangen. Sie wohnt gleich nebenan, was für uns sehr praktisch war. Wir können Lauras Haus sehr empfehlen und hoffen wiedermal zurück zu kommen.

Lovely apartment as close to the sea as it's possible to get. Fantastic views and easy access straight onto the boardwalk with great walks both directions. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Lovely pool and water temp was good late April. Highly recommend and I'm sure we will return.

We hebben met hond een heerlijke tijd gehad op een geweldige lokatie direct aan het strand. Veel gewandeld en heerlijk geluncht bij de vele gezellige strandtenten. Het appartement heeft alles wat je voor een zorgeloos verblijf nodig hebt en Stephan is een geweldige host! We komen hier graag weer terug!!

Apartamento lindo, bem equipado, moderno e tudo funcionando. A cama é excelente, muito confortável, uma das mais confortáveis que já dormimos. A vista da varanda é linda. Ver a lua à noite na varanda é um espetáculo à parte, assim como o amanhecer. Se for de carro fique atento às zonas amarelas. É dificil encontrar espaço perto para estacionar, apesar de haver muitas opções. Com um pouco de paciência, encontra. Foi fantástico e recomendamos muito.
