This place is what real Goa is all about. Waking up to this view was something else. The house is simple and meet all basic requirements. But the description and photos were pretty clear on that. A quite secluded place. Not much to do around but just enjoy the beach all day everyday. I am definitely going back for a longer stay.

First off all we would Like to Thank you Lourio and care taker Ranjeet for helping us out with so many things on a daily basis, their response was amazing. This place is great in terms r beach accessibility and peaceful surroundings, you can see and hear the waves which was fantastic experience. All food delivery services were a click away and for a extremely relaxing experience we highly recommend this place, the beach looks a like is of your own with very few people and pristine waters, did not expect this kind of luxury in crowded Goa. One word, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We are a family of 9 and this villa was amazing from the size to the location, it had everything the cleaner was lovely and we had clean towels every day. There is a pool on site just one min away. We would recommend this villa to large families, beautiful scenic location, great air con in every room. Kitchen well equipped but we only just used the glasses as so many great restaurants in walking distance to eat.

This place was perfect for us to chill near Benaulim beach and also to do our remote work. The location is great, a walking distance from the beach and if you have a scooter you can get to the center in no time. Many good restaurants, beach bars, and massage clinics nearby. The internet is quite fast and reliable most of the time, which was a necessity for us. The location is private since the apartment is in a big resort. it's definitely very calm and you can sleep well here. We wish we could stay longer here. If we come back to Benaulim, we'll consider this place for a longer time for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful flat located very close to Colva Beach. The easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants made our trip even more convenient and enjoyable. The apartment itself is beautifully arranged and thoughtfully maintained. The views from both balconies were incredibly relaxing, offering a perfect spot to unwind. The residency is calm and secure, with proper security measures and CCTV cameras, making us feel completely at ease. We truly felt at home here and would love to come back to this flat whenever we visit Goa again. We absolutely loved our stay!

This house was super comfortable, clean and well-equipped! Walking distance to the beach, several spas, restaurants and shopping. The caretaker, Mr. Pandey, was also very accessible and considerate of our needs. Definitely recommend!!

Galgibaga Beach is stunning with very soft sand and a lifeguard present all day. The clean beach is a turtle nesting site, where you might spot Olive Ridley turtles in Jan - Feb. Cozy Patrix House lives up to its name—it's comfortable and well-equipped. Mr. Heracles provides all necessary details in a diary. The owners, Mr. Heracles and Mrs. Liza, are friendly and always available. Amenities include a washing machine, gas stove, utensils, refrigerator, TV, ACs, and high-speed fans. They also provide beach mats, hats, frisbee, and an umbrella. The house is clean, well-lit, and has high-speed internet. Essentials like tea, coffee, and detergent are already available. They even provided a baby chair for our toddler. There is a clothes hanging area on the terrace, though caution is needed as it has no walls. Mr. Heracles helped us hire a cook, and the service was excellent. Overall, our experience was lovely, and we highly recommend Cozy Patrix House. We look forward to visiting again!

The place is exactly as advertised - a little cottage with everything you need located a few minutes walk from Talpona beach. Talpona itself is a quiet beach without the bustle of nearby resorts such as Palolem. Nonetheless there are a few good places to eat and drink in Talpona. Palolem and Agonda are within 15 minutes drive also for day trips. Hosts are great, very receptive and accommodating. Overall perfect for people with small kids or for anyone looking for a proper break from city life.

We had an amazing and a very great stay at this property. The check in was seemless and Vaibhav was very proactive and always available whenever we needed any info / help. The villa was very clean and had all the amenities listed in the website. The perk of the property was that it was very close to the beach ( approx 300 mts ) and we had a fantastic time there . The beach is very pristine and serene with some good shacks and lovely food available. Overall it was an amazing experience and we enjoyed our vacation thoroughly ! Would love to go back again .

We had a truly pleasant stay at this place! Check-in was absolutely smooth - everything in the house was shown and clearly explained, thanks to Mr. Lochan! Plus he gave a helpful scooter tour around for shops and other, and assisted in arranging my own rent a bike. The communication was excellent throughout, both before arrival and during the stay. Any questions I had were answered quickly and helpfully. The house itself was cozy, very neat and clean, and had everything we needed. The kitchen, though compact, was perfectly equipped so it had all the essentials for daily. All appliances, including iron, tv, A/C etc worked just fine. The overall atmosphere inside this gated society was calm and safe. One of the best parts was how incredibly close the sea was, that exit gate literally opens onto the beach. It takes just 2–3 minutes to get there on foot. I’m also especially grateful to Mr. Brian for his kindness and support - even he helped me with ride to hospital once I was in need

Perfect place for peaceful vacation, Responsible host and friendly. Had all the amenities as mentioned, We family of 5 stayed for 5 days. Felt relaxed and joyful. Beach is near by to the location. We had come with a group of 6 people. I must say this was the best place to enjoy connected to near by beach colva .The room was clean and aesthetic. Owner was also really helpful and humble. Really enjoyed our stay here. Will recommend this to my friends as well.

For my wife and I the location was perfect, close to Colva but set back from the noise of the main road. Mrs Geetha was always responsive and helpful. The villa could do with a few more pieces of furniture (bedside cabinets etc.) but we managed with what was available. We shall return :-)

Anshul's place has everything you need, it's ideally placed in Cavelossim, easily walkable to the beach, there's a nice restaurant just at the end of the estate along with a small supermarket for essentials. And you're very close to other amenities. Friendly cleaner visiting every day. Anshul's recommendations were great, as was his communication. The complex was well maintained, though the pools in the complex (which I'm sure the host doesn't have any say in the upkeep of) weren't cleaned as frequently as we would have expected. But this is a very minor thing, you were better off going in the sea a few minutes walk away. You won't find a better place to stay in Cavelossim. Book and enjoy!

Beautiful place to stay in goa especially when you are looking the budget friendly stay. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant interior. Kitchen is well designed and you can find all the required kitchen utensils. We enjoyed pur stay here and hope to return. The location is perfect, clean and very close to the beach, checkin and checkout procedure was very easy, you can find the beach on walking distance.

I had a fantastic stay at Nikhil’s place! The accommodation was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Its location was perfect—just a short walk to Patnem Beach, making it incredibly convenient. Nikhil was an amazing host—responsive, friendly, and always ready with great recommendations that made my trip even better. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Goa. Highly recommend!

It was an absolute please to stay at this villa. the size was perfect for us and very spacious. The housekeeper was lovely and helpful. The host was very accommodating and responsive. There is a bar/restaurant on site for quick and easy food. The grounds were kept clean and pleasant. There is also a shuttle buggy that can take you too and from the beach. The only downfall was the pool play loud music from 8am-8pm. It didn’t affect us because we placed our children into the back room away from the pool and we are also early risers but this could be an issue for others. Overall I found the stay great and would certainly book stay again.

This little flat is a lovely place of cool and clean amongst the dust of Goa. You have trees around the house and are likely to see monkeys playing in them. The flat is a moments walk to a number is small shops and lively places to eat. The beach is a 5 minute walk down a dusty track between large cool trees. The location is wonderful. The flat itself is well equipped. The 2 bathrooms are lovely with great showers. Plenty of hot water. The kitchen is reasonably well stocked for home cooking. There’s a big fridge freezer. A couple of minutes away is a local fruit and vegetable shop which sells produce at very reasonable prices. We went at the end of season and the beautiful beaches were virtually empty. We had some questions during our stay and Thibault was a sweetheart and gave advice really quickly. He went out of his way to make sure everything was good. There is a power back up for when the power drops as it does in India. I would highly recommend the flat. Thank you!
