This place is what real Goa is all about. Waking up to this view was something else. The house is simple and meet all basic requirements. But the description and photos were pretty clear on that. A quite secluded place. Not much to do around but just enjoy the beach all day everyday. I am definitely going back for a longer stay.

This was a last-minute booking and Abhay reached out to me saying there is some work going on at the property and offered to host us at another one of his listings - "Manikantha Farmhouse". The place was clean & comfortable. Abhay and the caretaker were easily available over phone and we had no issues checking in/out.

Enjoyed our stay at Denis'. It is a short walk away from the beach, you can view the beach and hear the waves from the porch outside. Deepti was very helpful throughout and was sweet enough to bring us groceries from the market. Fully functional kitchen, wifi, everything was great.

Galgibaga Beach is stunning with very soft sand and a lifeguard present all day. The clean beach is a turtle nesting site, where you might spot Olive Ridley turtles in Jan - Feb. Cozy Patrix House lives up to its name—it's comfortable and well-equipped. Mr. Heracles provides all necessary details in a diary. The owners, Mr. Heracles and Mrs. Liza, are friendly and always available. Amenities include a washing machine, gas stove, utensils, refrigerator, TV, ACs, and high-speed fans. They also provide beach mats, hats, frisbee, and an umbrella. The house is clean, well-lit, and has high-speed internet. Essentials like tea, coffee, and detergent are already available. They even provided a baby chair for our toddler. There is a clothes hanging area on the terrace, though caution is needed as it has no walls. Mr. Heracles helped us hire a cook, and the service was excellent. Overall, our experience was lovely, and we highly recommend Cozy Patrix House. We look forward to visiting again!

Excellent location if you are looking for a secluded spot, 30min away from the Gokarna Beaches. Host was very responsive and gave clear instructions.

The property is just as described. It was perfect for us and our kids. Nitin is very emphathic and proactive. It felt like home away from home and those with toddlers and infants will understand how important that is when travelling. Looking forward to another visit soon.

The description cannot give the true beauty and atmosphere of the property. It was a true home for our big family of 20! The caretaker was a big and reliable help in all our needs. He helped us find best products to prepare amazing food, fresh vegetables, fruit, even the local fish market with the tastiest fish and shrimps we have ever had. Preparing food in this spacious well-equipped kitchen and eating on the terrace was just marvellous. Lots of big and small terraces with tables and sofas to talk, read, play games, rest. Good wi-fi. The amazing swimming pool with water in perfect temperature! The fabulous garden with lush greenery and flowers, magically illuminated at night. A lot of small spaces beautifully arranged, even in a big group you can find space for yourself. We just had a wonderful time, full of laughter, rest, relax, very good food and even dance with live music. We are already willing to come back. Thank you very much!

Our group of 6 have just returned from a 16 night stay at this Villa and we had the most incredible time! It was in a beautifully peaceful location with easy access to the surrounding places such as Palolem and Patnem. The villa itself is so spacious and relaxing with the most gorgeous garden. During the booking, Rohan was so responsive and helpful, making the experience before we arrived stress free! On arrival, Assis, Rohan’s father, checked us in and gave us so much helpful information for our trip. He was also on the other end of the phone for the entire trip for anything we needed. He kindly organised us local boat trips, which were incredible and recommended places for us to eat and visit! This was enormously helpful and his recommendations were simply wonderful, including Art Resort in Palolem, where we spent most of our holiday! Bahadur, the housekeeper looked after us really well, and kept everything clean and tidy, whilst also cooking breakfast. Thank you so much! 💕

the place is great but seemed over priced for 3 days. The house is nice but needs an AC in common areas. the fridge needed to be cleaned. we stayed for 2 nights and the break fast for the second days wasn't enough. the supplies weren't replenished.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. The bed was comfortable and there was good hot water and great water pressure. There are two balconies. One caught the sun in the morning and was ideal for drying washing. The other overlooked the garden and pool and was cool and shady all day. It was lovely to watch a variety of visiting birds. It has all the amenities needed and is within easy walking distance of both Patnem and Palolem beaches with Colomb beach in between. There are a variety of very good local restaurants and a fantastic bakery with sourdough bread and Italian food. We had a lovely two weeks and would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay at Mansi and Rahul's place, perfectly situated on the banks of the Talpona River. The beautiful views were complemented by the cool river breeze and lush greenery, keeping the heat at bay even in April. The ambiance was serene and peaceful, ideal for a relaxed family getaway. Mansi and Rahul were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend their property for those seeking a peaceful and private retreat.

The stay was comfortable and felt like home. Conveniently located near the main road, with easy access to shops, local markets, and tourist attractions. The property offers a safe parking space, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommended.

One of our best stays so far. Hosts are truly amazing, always helpful & proactive. And the place is simple but clean & clutter free. The location is the main highlight.

The service provided by Vinayak was really heartwarming and we had a very smooth check-in process. The property is really good and gives you peace of mind. Point to note - This property is little far from gokarna beaches which needs to be considered when booking this property.

We loved many things about Yogdan, the main ones being the lush nature that it’s nestled in, the way the rooms are designed, the quietude of the place and not to forget Vikram and Timothy who’d make you a mean cup of tea with the brightest smile :) Also enjoyed the meals at their home kitchen (by Timothy). Vikram is hospitable and accurate in his communication, also very welcoming and interactive. All in all, a beautiful stay experience in the little forest of Agonda. We would recommend Yogdan to other travellers.

Michelle was always quick to respond. There was very lovely surroundings to enjoy every morning while sitting on the patio with your coffee. It was easy to have food delivered for meals if you didn’t want to go out. There was so much room for everyone. She did a great job decorating for the holidays.

What a beautiful place this one this, probably the best Airbnb I have stayed untill now..Pristinely clean, pet friendly, with lots and lots of space for your pet to Run around.. Anil and Renu were so friendly,so Cordial. We had a pit stop here before going Goa, but next time I am gonna come with my family just to stay here ❤️. The kitchen is stocked with all basic utensils, The fridge was working amazing, And my pet Jiggy had the best ever start of his holidays. I am a frequent traveller, and can vouch for this being the best Airbnb I have stayed in till now 😃
