Tiny house - Guesthouse

Our rustic shipping container guest house sits just outside of town on a 10 acre working Ranch. Enjoy a peaceful night, with the sounds of the creek and a few farm animals mixed in, including dogs that will visit your front door and keep guard on the property. Dogs may bark in the middle of the night! Our tiny and cozy guest house has custom and unique details throughout and is best suited for 1-2 people. This home is up a dirt road and there is parking directly in front of the tiny house.

The neighborhood is safe & quiet, & the neighbors are friendly & keep to themselves. The house itself is centrally located. You get the small town feel, but are within minutes of the freeway. Boise is less than an hour away. There are several restaurants & grocery stores just across the river in Ontario.

Popular area for fishing, hunting, wine tasting, off road trails. Full kitchen and full bath with bathtub. We do allow pets but there is a $40 per pet fee per stay for extra cleaning and very low cleaning fees compared to other listings. Add your pet where you add your guests. Thank you!!

Our property is located outside of the town of Caldwell in a county setting. Our neighbors on both sides have farm animals making for a unique experience. We are minutes from multiple golf courses. Shopping is 10-15 minutes away. Boise Airport is about a 30 minute drive. And the Oregon border is a stone’s throw from here. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.
