Scott's place was spacious and clean. Very responsive host when we had questions. Soriano nel cimino is a cute town with very yummy restaurants and sight seeing. Everything is very walkable or rent a car to venture out of the town. We were able to park at the bottom for free but it is a walk uphill. I 100% recommend ✨

Appartamento molto bello in pieno centro e in posizione strategica per visitare la città. Era pulito e dotato di ogni accessorio. Viaggiando in auto, abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo il garage, posto a breve distanza dalla casa. La comunicazione con l'host è stata perfetta e puntuale. Paola è stata inoltre molto disponibile a venire incontro alle nostre necessità. Assolutamente consigliato.

For our family vacation, three couples and a 1-year old, the place was perfect. The ability to spend the heat of the day in the huge pool or inside the refreshing lodging made the stay excellent. The place is close to groceries, pharmaceuticals, restaurants, local sites, cities, etc. Ken was always responsive to whatever issue we brought up and his quick replies were greatly appreciated.

5 Sterne, auch wenn es ein paar Anregungen gibt: wir waren zum mobilen Arbeiten mit unserer 12jährigen Tochter für 10 Tage dort. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause, die untere Etage mit Schlaf-, Wohnzimmer, Dusche/Bad/Wc ist perfekt fürs Kind mit Wunsch nach etwas Raum für sich. Küche war toll eingerichtet, generell alles sauber und die Panoramascheiben im WZ sind fantastisch, und danke für die Moskitonetze. kleine Anregungen: - im Duschraum oben hinten fangen die Fugen an zu schimmeln...jetzt kann man noch alles in den Griff bekommen - das Zimmer unten (ausgerechnet) hat kein TV. Die TV in den oberen Schlafzimmern sind defekt und der im WZ zeigt keine deutschen Sender. Wir kamen die 10 Tage ohne aus, aber es wäre schön, zumindest mal ARD/ZDF schauen zu können - das Bücherboard hat nicht ein deutsches (Jugendbuch), schade - grösstes Manko, das WLAN ist mit ca 3Mbit/0,6Mbit am optimalen Sitzplatz im WZ zu langsam um ausreichend arbeiten, geschweigedenn Filme streamen zu können...

Very nice and classic villa. Great for big family or group of friends who want to spend time together and also have privacy. The yard is amazing. The hot tub is great for cold days. The location is in the middle of the hills wineries which is beautiful but do take in mind every ride to any town is at least 20-30 minutes down and up the hills.

Immaculate views, especially if you're looking for isolation. Gorgeous pool, plenty of room, amazing balcony, wood burning fireplaces - what more could you ask for? I spent 3 weeks here and enjoyed every minute. Was an excellent retreat space, and would love to come back again

Abbiamo soggiornato da Vinci e sua figlia durante le ferie pasquali. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, posizione strategica per visitare Perugia e Assisi. L'accoglienza è stata calorosa, addirittura ci hanno offerto due torte fatte in casa durante il nostro soggiorno. Le due host sono state anche molto disponibili a darci consigli per i ristoranti tipici in cui cenare. L'appartamento è nuovo, luminoso, pulito e rispecchia bene le foto. Alla nostra partenza ci è stata anche regalata una marmellata buonissima fatta in casa. Soggiorno consigliatissimo

We had an excellent stay! The communication was awesome and checking in was a breeze. The home was amazing with amazing view. The kitchen had everything we needed and we felt super relaxed. A great place to stay!! We were a family of 11 from ages 1-73 and everyone loved it 💕
