Another sauna cabin (Riverside Bliss) is within 50 m from this house so there's a chance that there are people (max 2) renting the other house at the same time. There are 2 small grocerys in 8 min walking distance.

This unique penthouse is located in the heart of Tallinn and only a few minutes walk to the medieval Old Town, Viru Keskus and the ferry terminals. The modern building is new, finished in 2022 and is situated inside a city block making it a peaceful and quiet place to stay. There are excellent possibities for dining, culture and shopping close by. One free and private parking space is included right next to the building entrance. This compact, modern tinyhouse is located on the western coast of Estonia. Intended for people who`d like to enjoy a natural retreat without giving up modern conveniences. The house includes a sauna, hot tub, a shower with heated floors, WC, an open living room and sleeping area in the “attic”. The house is equipped with WiFi, TV with Netflix access, coffee machine etc. Heating/cooling is provided by an integrated air conditioner. The house can be enjoyed all year round.

Guests can use the entire house with sauna, terrace and barbecue facilities. Kids can have fun at play area. The price includes 2 hours use of sauna. Possibility to use hot tub if wished. We bring firewood and water. The price of a hot tub starts at €70 per day.
