My 100-year-old house has color and character, a wrap-around deck, views of water and Mt. Rainier, friendly neighbors, and lush landscape. The Seaside Modern Apartment delivers true comfort in a spectacular waterfront setting. Occupying one story of a midcentury modern home, the 900 sq ft space provides outstanding views of the Sound, Olympic Mountains, magnificent sunsets, and sea life. Accommodations include a living/dining area, spacious master bedroom, seaview terrace with covered patio, kitchenette (no full kitchen), additional guest room and access to the waterfront bulkhead (no beach access). A car is strongly recommended.

Walking distance to Jensen point where you can put your kayaks in and across street from hiking trails in the Burton woods!

Westside Cabin

Our place is just a few miles from the Fauntleroy/Vashon ferry terminal, and minutes from the town of Vashon. Tucked snuggly on the West side of the island, the cabin looks west over Colvos Passage. The cabin itself is essentially a spacious studio-- one large room with a loft, a small kitchen, and bathroom. A queen size bed is in the loft, and the couch comfortably sleeps one person. The bathroom has a large clawfoot soaking tub, and there is an outdoor shower. It is extremely cozy!

The Creamery

Nestled between the barn and the milking parlor is The Creamery; a relaxing spot to spend a few days far from the rigors of the city. Here we made Dinah's Cheese for years, and now you can enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your plush bed, warmed by the thick down comforter. The French Limousin cows may come up to your bedroom window, curious as to who is sharing the pastures this morning. The quiet will be startling, with little noise but coffee brewing in the kitchen.

Vashon View Cottage

Bright cozy studio cottage on the north end of Vashon. Puget Sound, Mount Baker and nature views. Newly renovated throughout with large deck to enjoy the outdoor fire pit and water views. Quiet neighborhood within 10-15min walking distance to and from the ferry (note there is an incline as we are on the hill above). Deer, hawks, eagles and more surround the property. Come enjoy a local jewel and experience small island living, just a 20 minute ferry ride away from Seattle!

Nestled in a cove of assorted vines, Vine Cottage is a charming 200 sqft tiny cottage located in peaceful and sunny Dockton. A five minute walk to Dockton Forest trails and 3 minute drive to Dockton Park with public access to the beach and dock, you can easily enjoy the natural beauty Vashon has to offer. Only five miles from the Pt. Robinson Lighthouse and the Dambo Troll sculpture, Oscar the Bird King.
