Welcome to the Quack + Cluck Lakeside Haven. Situated 900ft off of a quiet street, with 12 private acres, this home sits on a 14 acre inland lake. The lake is not for swimming but it has beautiful sunsets and wildlife. This is one of 3 apartments, in this private home. All have private entrances, and living spaces. Also included is a covered patio, fire pit, outdoor table + a floating dock perfect for afternoon picnics. This apartment sleeps 4. It has one extra large bedroom with a room divider.

Plenty of frogs to catch (and release) and turtles to view. You will also find nesting Eastern Bluebirds around the property. Ducks and gees of all types visit the property. It is equipped with HD premium Dish,Wi Fi, and a full kitchen with all appliances & housewares. A well provides the water, and is a very good quality. The hot water is on demand. It is located next to a pond and fire pit. It is not suitable for children under twelve years of age and maximum occupancy is two.
