Fantastic location, it had everything to make our visit relaxed and enjoyable. Would recommend anyone wanting a private, cosy and well equipped apartment.

我必须得说这个公寓为旅程增色不少，当我们在雪场滑完雪回到这个甜蜜的小屋，治愈了我们一天的疲惫。 房东和房屋管家都很耐心，在我们入住的当天就在地图上演示了各类设施的位置，包括超市、垃圾桶、缆车等。这帮了我们大忙。 房屋里的一切设施都是那么可爱，设施齐全的厨房、舒适的床铺、干净的厕所，一切都让我们感到愉悦。 希望有机会回到dolomiti，再次入住这个可爱的公寓

Appartamento semplice ma luminoso arredato con materiali che ricordano un moderno design di montagna . Dotato di tutti i servizi ( lavatrice compresa). Posizione strategica ( nel paese di Pozza, vicino a tutti i servizi) al centro della Val di Fassa. Ottimo il rapporto con l’host. Nel complesso un soggiorno molto gradevole.

This is a modern, very clean, very nice place, located in the center of town. It’s an easy walk to the tram, groceries, and restaurants. We had a very nice time and would love to visit again.

The apartment was very clean and cozy. Ursula was extremely friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. We received great travel tips and recommendations for the local area. 🥰 The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable sofa, a great bed, as well as an oven and a washing machine. The heating system works perfectly and can be controlled by the guest, which is very convenient. We would gladly stay there again! 💖

It is conveniently situated on the train and bus routes. We somehow managed to lock the keys for the apartment inside but Jelena arranged for someone to open up. Thank you.

Ubytování pro 3 dospělé a tři děti bylo vyhovující. Vybavení kuchyně bylo vyhovující. Parkování bez problémů. Poloha ve městě dobrá. Doporučuji.

Appartamento che ha risposto in pieno alle nostre esigenze. Pulitissimo, accogliente e bei paesaggi.

Tutto bene, in generale abbiamo trovato l'alloggio molto confortevole! Unica cosa, abbiamo dovuto rilavare alcune stoviglie per usarle perchè erano sporche ( sicuramente alcune non venivano usate da tempo quindi non diamo la colpa a nessuno) . Inoltre avevamo prenotato per 4 letti e 3 bagni e invece ci siamo trovati con 3 letti e due bagni. Due ragazzi hanno dovuto condividere un matrimoniale, ci siamo adattati ma diciamo che avremmo preferito sapere in anticipo determinate scelte dell'host. A parte questo, il posto è splendido, i letti comodi e la casa è davvero molto accogliente! Grazie!

Positiv : eine wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft, alles ordentlich, ruhige Lage Negativ : Wir waren mit unserem Bus da und die Zufahrt zum Haus war äußerst schwer zu erreichen (sehr eng und verwinkelt). Es gibt oberhalb des Hauses auf der Panoramica einen kleinen sehr steilen Pfad nach unten in die Stadt, den man zu Fuß gehen kann. Im Dunkeln ist der leider nicht beleuchtet. Alternativ funktioniert es sehr gut mit dem Taxi hoch zu fahren (10€).

Schon bei der Schlüsselübergabe wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Im Haus angekommen waren wir von der gemütlichen Einrichtung und der Sauberkeit begeistert. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Leider haben wir einen kleinen Schaden angerichtet, aber auch die Kommunikation und die Abwicklung der Schadensregulierung waren einwandfrei und äußerst freundlich. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder. Vielen Dank für alles.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 giorni sul finire di agosto e abbiamo trascorso una vacanza splendida. La casa è perfettamente allestita e pulitissima. È dotata di ogni comfort (molti più di quelli che solitamente mi aspetto in una casa in montagna). Francamente sono infatti abituato a soluzioni più "semplici" e quindi il livello di quanto disponibile in casa mi ha davvero colpito. La casa è poi dotata di uno spazio esterno gradevole dove i bimbi hanno potuto giocare liberamente anche grazie alla gentilezza e all'ospitalità dei proprietari che abitano nella casa di fronte. Sono persone squisite, capaci di far sentire subito gli ospiti "di famiglia" e questo permette di rendere la vacanza davvero indimenticabile. La posizione è ottima per diverse mete e passeggiate il cui punto di partenza si raggiunge in media con mezz'ora di auto (ma se volete potete trovare sentieri e camminate anche più vicino). Per una famiglia con bambini penso non possa esistere soluzione migliore. Nota: le Alpi friulane non hanno nulla da invidiare al vicino Cadore e all'alto Adige... e per quanto ho visto non sono ancora "vittime" di quel turismo di massa che inizia a pesare su alcune location nelle suddette zone. Per chi ama la montagna è un luogo da non perdere... Un abbraccio speciale alla famiglia di Romeo (e in particolare ai tre nipotini da parte di Nicolò e Tobia)

A lovely stay at this place, the hosts were kind, helpful. House in pristine condition, 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, a lovely modern kitchen. You also have use of the pool, ping pong and table football which is only a 2 minute walk down a quiet country lane. The deposit of €400 was merely a protective measure incase of extreme damage, it was returned to us in full.

This is a lovely home just outside of the old city. Very walkable. I would recommend looking for food where most people are speaking Italian, otherwise we loved Verona and had an amazing stay.

An absolutely fantastic space and location. It’s even better in person than in the pictures. Very easy to explore the area with proximity to the bus. Also across from a very large supermarket which made it easy to use the great kitchen. Alberto had many great recommendations which we used while visiting. Thank you!

Appartement idéalement situé, moderne et très bien équipé, très belle terrasse ombragée par une végétation naturelle. Nous recommandons vivement cette appartement pour une séjour prolongé. Merci Fabiola.
