A refurbished, self-contained, lower ground floor seaside flat, comprising double bedroom, bathroom, lounge and kitchen. The flat is in a quiet residential street in the desirable Craneswater area. The flat is a 4 min walk from South Parade Pier, the seafront and Canoe Lake park with its rose garden, tennis courts and cafes. A 10 min walk takes you to the centre of Southsea and Southsea Common with its castle, aquarium and the D-Day Museum. On-street parking is free & has an EV charger.

This newly furnished one bedroom flat is located a stone's throw from the beach right in the heart of Southsea. A big advantage is the private parking space directly in front of the house. The flat is just meters away from the best bars and restaurants the city has to offer, not to mention the Kings Theatre. The most beautiful beach in Southsea is a 10 minute walk away. The train station is a 10 minute walk to the other side. This flat will allow you to fully enjoy your stay in Southsea.

With a view of Southsea common and the sea close by, this flat is ideal for a seaside staycation. Parking is situated on the street outside and covers a number of neighbouring streets in the KC zone. Parking permits will be provided for the duration of your stay, these allow free on-street parking.

New Forest at it’s best. Peaceful base to explore NF. 2 king-size beds (one is a 4-poster, the other a sleigh bed) A single bed can be added easily, upon request. Kitchenette has sink, micro, mini-fridge, toaster, kettle. Walkable to 2 pubs, Monty’s in Beaulieu & Royal Oak at Hilltop. Fairweathers (walkable) does brekkie. Private access is via spiral staircase to rear of house, not for those with accessibility issues, but it is fine to use internal house stairs.

Welcome to Station Location! At the end of a quite bridal path, this property is a studio apartment that annexes our house. It contains a large super kingsize double bed or 3ft twin beds. It has a sofa, table and chairs, tv and plenty of storage in a large wardrobe. With an ensuite shower room and a kitchenette with all the essentials including a dishwasher.
