The cabin was very warm and inviting. I loved that there were DVDs available with recommendations on what to watch and why. Everything was easy to use with instructions for use. We started the wood fire, which was amazing and warmed up the entire home. We were worried we would be too cold, but it was left the house at a perfect temperature. You could also adjust each room as needed. There were spices and little things you would usually forget to bring, which allowed us to make dinner with no issues. Everything was super clean. It felt like home right away. The area was also warm and welcoming. We went to one of the local restaurants recommended, where we were greeted by people from town. It was an amazing experience. Coming back to the city was hard after being here for the weekend. The cabin is also close to a waterfall which we walked to, totally worth the hike!

Very pleased with our stay. Well-priced to comparisons. Augusto answered all questions and had great recommendations for meals, excursions, etc. PMCC was a great little find, and such a short drive from our home. This cabin was a perfect getaway place for my surprise anniversary trip. We can't wait to bring family back for a winter holiday trip in the future. Plenty of room for guests, enough space to gather and also spread out. The bathtub was a nice compromise for a spa. Beautiful views and local. I can understand why others loved and recommended this cabin. You will be so happy with your choice. Felt very safe in this neighborhood. We even found ourselves looking at real estate while we stayed. Enjoyed viewing beautiful wildlife; different from where we reside.

This place was the perfect spot for our group attending a wedding in Malibu. The Airbnb was well provisioned with anything you could need and comfy beds. Everything was super clean!

Jennifer & Robin's place was completely delightful. It was cozy and comfortable and absolutely perfect for a nature getaway. It feels very private, the view of the surrounding woods and mountains was gorgeous, it was so peacefully quiet and yet only a few minutes from the little community of shops & cafes. They provided everything that was expected but were also so generous and thoughtful in providing so many extras! The little things that make a visit easier and more special - different types of tea, lots of warm blankets, kitchen supplies, moisturizer - all small touches that make a big difference.

Already dreaming about being back in Ojai and sitting under the stars. Tim & Danielle's place is very well-designed and well-situated for everything you might want to do while visiting Ojai. Peaceful and semi-secluded — and super easy to get anywhere, too. Communication was seamless, kitchen is small but well-stocked (though you should sample some local cuisine instead), bathroom is a delight, and that patio? I mean, come on! Thanks for opening up your beautiful home!

Such a cozy little cottage get-away. It was a great home base for our adventures around Ventura, Santa Barbara, Solveng and Ojai. Took advantage of the little outdoor deck for some morning reading. The spring flowers in the garden were lovely and a morning visit from the pups was a joy. Our stay was great and we would gladly visit again.

Every detail, from the natural materials to the serene atmosphere, shows how much intention Szilvia brings to creating a home that honors the earth. I had been hoping to visit for years, and finally made it rather spontaneously for the one night that happened to be available. I also joined the Hummingbird Sanctuary Experience, which was absolutely magical. Watching the hummingbirds, sipping fresh tea, and hearing Szilvia share her deep knowledge and love for nature was unforgettable. Szilvia herself is a kind, welcoming, and inspiring host. My stay left me feeling refreshed and grateful. Highly, highly recommend to anyone with a genuine appreciation for nature and seeking beauty & peace.

Excellent one bedroom unit right on the beach with the perfect location. Exactly as described and ideal for a quick weekend away. We will be back soon I’m sure!

My stay at Vivian’s place was truly wonderful! Her home is located at a very convenient location, close to everything: the market, Downtown Ventura, Botanical gardens, and the pier! The inside of her house is gorgeous, spacious, clean, and decorated so nicely. The pictures posted did not do it justice; we were pleasantly surprised! My family and I enjoyed cooking together in the spacious kitchen. The patio dining area is so lovely, but we were too cold to eat outside this time. The living room is great, my kids loved hanging out there! Vivian offers nice streaming options on TV and some games to play, so the kids were entertained the whole time. The bedrooms are serene and tastefully decorated and we appreciated plenty of closet space and the hangers. The master bedroom and bathroom are the best! My parents really loved their stay there. The room is so spacious: there is a bed, walk-in closet, a sofa, and a desk/chair. Thank you Vivian for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Our 4th time back to the Oak & Avo grotto and will return again! Love the peaceful and lush surroundings, and coziness of the space.

Absolutely magical stay! We had such a wonderful and relaxing time at Jolie’s cabin. The air was unbelievably fresh, the peace and quiet were exactly what we needed, and the surrounding hikes were stunning. The cabin itself is incredibly cozy — we instantly felt at home. It was the perfect mix of comfort and privacy. We can’t wait to come back!

The cabin is absolutely lovely, with a fun and funky but incredibly cozy vibe. We thoroughly enjoyed our little retreat up in mountains and would love to go again. Overall, amazing. We loved it.

A really lovely gem in the hills. Great retreat for family time. Mine loved it…even the grandchild said it restored his juices.

My partner and I absolutely loved this Airbnb. It looks exactly like the pictures and it’s such a gem to stay in. I do recommend you save the directions and her notes because 15 minutes or less before your arrival time you’ll lose connection, it’s a simple find as the route is pretty much just one road in and out at a certain point. The rooms are great and the beds are really comfy. The kitchen is pretty stocked with seasonings which is great! You do somewhat have slow wifi when it comes to the tv but good enough for your phone to work if you need to use it for simple things, but in the end the goal is to have a tech detox. It’s such a sweet place and I highly recommend staying here, we hope we’ll get the chance to again as well!

Emma et sa famille étaient vraiment charmants, gentils et discrets; nous avions toute notre intimité. Si vous aimez les randonnées, il y en a une multitude dans les alentours à moins de 15 minutes de voiture. Nous visiterons à nouveau, c’est certain :)

Rob is definitely a super host, and the location is so enjoyable, with walking distance to the sand, and town! My fiance and I will definitely look forward to another stay, and recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm relaxing get away.

Toni’s cabin is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy PMC. Quiet location, great deck and right next to the snowflake trail. Toni has great information on all the hikes and places to see in the area and is easy to communicate with. Always our favorite place to stay.

Julie’s home in Ojai was a magical experience. It is beautiful inside and out, with such character and thoughtfulness. The gardens were pristine and full of gorgeous flowers, with a meditation room and lots of outdoor space. Inside was a dream, very clean yet full of life and energy. Everything you would want if you stay in ojai. It’s also very close to the town as well as nearby trails you can walk to. Julie and her daughter were lovely, responsive and knowledgeable, helping us make plans and ensuring we were comfortable. We cannot wait to come back to Julie’s place. It was so peaceful and wonderful. Highly recommend!
