Leslie is an amazing host. She is extremely responsive. The house itself was very clean and felt just like home. My family and I love all the notes around the house with directions on how to use specific items. Everything is SOOOOOO organized too. My pets were greeted with there own comfy beds, toys and yummy treats! Our family loved it so much we immediately booked another reservation since we need to stay out of our home during the construction! Highly recommend the host and the home! Definitely a 5 Star Airbnb :)

Great location for a family Thanksgiving weekend. The home is larger in person than the photos. Beautifully furnished & top of the line appliances & bedding . We would highly recommend.

I would go back again and again! I was lucky to get the dates and times it presented and I took it! So glad I did! The waves cleared my mind and the sunset was beautiful. The beach walk was so peaceful and I felt like it was just my personal ocean (hardly no one in sight). Thank you Amber for allowing me the opportunity to stay in this castle! I will be back!

We love staying at Connor’s place every time we’re in Thousand Oaks. Always very clean, pics match the house, VERY responsive, relaxing and quiet neighborhood. We’ve stayed multiple times and never had any issues. Look forward to coming back soon.

it was the perfect little getaway for my wife,s b day! Close to lots of great shopping and dining. Stress free back patio setting on the water and loved the location! We will be back again.

The location is absolutely awesome, right on the edge of the sand, with amazing walks on the beach. It is a very peaceful place. The cottage is rustic and lovely, and if the weather was a little colder than we had hoped, it was still super beautiful. The clouds and the fog rolling in was really amazing to see. The kitchen is well stocked, and the home is comfortable. It is possible to walk to the harbor and several restaurants there including a truly fine sushi place. It is a short drive to Ventura and several other spaces along the coast that are beautiful. I would highly recommend. Tiffany was very responsive, and we appreciated the chance to stay in this cottage on the sea.

My husband and I did a five day stay here and it was well worth it. We wanted to stay somewhere serene while still being able to explore Santa Barbara and Ojai. Santa Barbara is only 15 minutes away and Ojai is about 30 minutes. We bounced around between those two towns and also got to see what Carpinteria was all about. Steven's place is 7 minutes to the Carpinteria Bluffs where heaven meets earth. The locals are friendly and high in consciousness, they are one with the environment and take pride in their role in keeping it safe. The home itself is spacious with great views, the kitchen was fully stocked with the all the cooking essentials. Instacart delivers to this location if you need anything last minute. During the stay you will hear different sounds of farm animals in the distance which I found relaxing. The living room is comfortable with tons of lounge furniture and space. The outdoor decks have plenty of seating and is surrounded by wildlife. If you want peace come here!

What an amazing place! You can walk to the beach in 1-2 minutes and a few minutes more down the beach itself takes you to multiple restaurant options. I appreciated some of the host's local recommendations too. Pierpont is a great spot. The beach itself never seemed to be too crowded and I took advantage of the beach chairs provided in the unit. The apartment was great. The space felt very open and I loved opening the windows! It was very warm upon arrival but didn't take long to cool down with the breeze. I even used the fireplace in the morning when it got a little too cool. Everything was clean, maybe the slightest evidence that dogs are allowed. Comfortable bed with USB charging ports on the headboard - the ones on the lamps didn't work so it took me a minute to find them. The shower was amazing too, especially after a day out to the Channel Islands. If you want a relaxing stay in a great area, look no further.

Sharrôn was a welcoming host. We felt right at home during our stay. She offered snack bags and coffee as we got up in the morning as well as pleasant conversation. Overall, she was an amazing host.

Absolutely the best stay ever, Julie was outstanding in her communication and her place was ideal in every regard. I can not even say to all that is so easily accessible from her location. Every need I had was obtained in less than 7mins from her residence. I felt completely at home and more than satisfied with my stay. This is a beautiful loft, super mega clean impeccable, Decoration so very nice, walkable to the beach some steps and you are there, We love the location, bars, restaurants, beach, ice-cream, local store, super super recommendable. I will stay there of course more times in the future

Ein wunderschönes Apartment in traumhafter Lage. Wir haben es geliebt, morgens mit Blick auf das Meer am breiten Sandstrand zu frühstücken. Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit Richard war immer unkompliziert und freundlich. Eine der schönsten Unterkünfte auf unserer Rundreise, wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt.

Our stay at this villa was amazing, Beautiful House inside and out. This place is just perfect very spacious and quiet i would definitely stay here again. The host was quick to respond to any concerns about the house and made our stay more pleasant.

We needed a place to stay for our son's graduation after our other Airbnb canceled on us few weeks before graduation. Tracy's place was just what we needed...a place to sleep and shower and reasonably priced. The condo is close to the freeway and close to TJ and Vons.

No home away from home is perfect, but this impressive home was a great sanctuary for my family. Grand times were had, great meals were made, there was plenty of space to congregate and play. The only unfortunate issue is that many of the doors--to bedrooms and bathrooms--have trouble fully latching. So until that's fixed, everyone just needs to be mindful and knock!

it's a wonderful and ideal place for families for a quick weekend getaway. I had a quiet relaxing weekend with perfect socal weather. The house has really good positive energy.

We stayed at Charlie and Kevin’s beautiful house while in Malibu for our daughter’s graduation from Pepperdine. It was the perfect arrangement for our family and so convenient to campus. We really enjoyed the beautiful scenery and porches and balconies. Fantastic communication, even accepting an Amazon delivery for us before we arrived. I just wish we had discovered this gem before her Senior year!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. Erica was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.
