Restaurants, Shopping, Clubs, Bars, Busstation etc. ist alles problemlos zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung besitzt 2 separate Schlafzimmer je mit einem neuem Doppelbett. Im Wohnbereich ist ein weiteres Schlafsofa vorhanden für 1 Erwachsene Person oder 1-2 Kinder. Die ganze Wohnung ist mit neuem wunderschönen Eichenholzparkett asugelegt.
