La casa consta de 3 habitaciones en la planta superior (tres camas de matrimonio y dos individuales), un baño completo, un aseo en la planta baja, cocina equipada, chimenea, calefacción y jardín privado de 400m2 (de uso exclusivo solo de la casa). Dispone Wifi fibra. Julio, agosto, principios septiembre, Navidad, semana santa y todos los viernes del año la salida se efectuará a las 11.00h.

Spectacular views from a unique village house, built into the rock face. Perched in a peaceful mountain village, it's one of the sunniest locations in the area. Both the house and private garden have wonderful mountain views. The house is built into the rock and stays warm in winter and cool in summer. It is a tranquil place ideally located for walking, thermal pools, mountain biking and 30 mins drive approx from ski resorts like Font Romeu. The beautiful Carança Gorge is 12 mins drive away.

Auf 1400 Metern Höhe und ist nach Süden ausgerichtet, blumigen Garten und einem atemberaubenden Blick auf das Tal, den Canigou und den Massiven der Carança. Die Tierwelt ist allgegenwärtig und leicht zu beobachten. Zahlreiche Wander- oder Mountainbikewege führen direkt vom Haus aus. Unser Weiler genießt ein mediterranes Klima und liegt 40 Minuten von den Skipisten und eine Stunde vom Meer entfernt.

Charmante accomodatie in een authentiek gerestaureerde woning, gelegen in een van de mooiste bergdorpjes in Frankrijk. Evon ligt op 800 meter hoogte en geniet van een typisch mediterraans klimaat. Vanuit Evol zijn er vele wandelingen te maken, warmwaterbronnen ontdekken of de adembenemende Gorges de la Caransa zijn allemaal in de buurt, het Middeleeuwse Ville franche de Conflent met zijn gezellige boetiekjes en restaurantjes is ook op 15 minuutjes rijden vanuit Evol.

We do not provide towels, tea towels, tablecloths, toilet paper, soap, or any other consumables. Cleaning is not included in the price; an additional €100 fee is available as an option. Shared garden between two gîtes. Check-out is at 10:00 AM, or exceptionally at 3:00 PM if the chalet is not immediately re-let.
