This house was spectacular. Seth was great about getting back to me with any questions. We all found the property to be peaceful and relaxing. The kitchen had a lot of spices that were helpful, but be sure to bring along food storage items of your own. Every room had beautiful earthy details and the charm was endless. The amenities were incredible and the back yard view was perfect. Will absolutely be back for another stay!

Great place to stay with family, plenty of room. Kids enjoyed the fishing and kayak. This lake house was very clean and well stocked with essentials. Fenced in yard was great for the dog.

Everything was perfect ! My family and I had a great time. Looking forward to staying here again in the summer.

My husband and I stayed here for a wedding and it was a great spot! Perfect for a two-night stay. The place was so cozy and clean and the host, Luz, was so kind. She checked in on us throughout our stay just to see how we were doing - very thoughtful. We will have to come back in the summer when it’s a wee bit warmer. All in all, a wonderful and easy breezy stay.

We had a lovely stay at this cozy and peaceful lakeview home! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved the quiet surroundings and the beautiful views. The only challenge we had was accessing the lake for kayaking — the house is across the street from the water, and we couldn’t find a clear public entry point. The neighbors weren’t comfortable with us crossing through their property, so it made it a bit tricky to get the kayaks into the lake. Aside from that, everything was great, and we really appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you, Rich!

It is the most wonderfully furnished house. It is right on the river and super tranquil. Who wouldn't want to have a view of the river from the bedrooms and living area. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with all necessities, the bathrooms are squeaky clean, the sofas are super comfortable, and there is plenty of TV (internet/streaming) and wifi for a rainy moment. Beyond that, shipping, dining, and hiking are a very short drive away. Ww would come back anytime.

A beautiful home with a standout view! We really loved our stay at the cottage - the master suite is the stand out. It was the perfect location for us as visiting Warwick & Patterson and then the train into NYC which was very easy.

We had a lovely, relaxing stay at the lake house. The interior felt welcoming and homey, and we enjoyed the peaceful setting of the lake house. There were nice views down to the lake, and we really liked the layout of the bedrooms which were separated nicely for privacy from each other, while being close enough for the kids. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of toiletries. The kids were delighted to climb the ladder to the loft and spent plenty of time up there. The kitchen was well stocked, with probably more pans and gadgets than we have at home. Appreciated the s'mores kit, which the kids toasted up. We enjoyed the outdoor fire, which had plenty of seating and a nice supply of wood. The highlight was definitely the time we spent on the lake. We got out in the pedal boat and kayaks. The kids enjoyed exploring a deserted island and watching some lake wildlife as we spent time on the water. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The house is beautiful ... the view of the lake, surroundings, convenience in & out of the house are all plusses. We just went the two of us, but you could comfortable go with another couple or more. David is very attentive and incredibly nice. We'll always remember the house as a fun and important part of our wedding weekend on Lake Hopatcong!

We had a fantastic stay! Communication with the owners was incredibly easy. Mark was responsive, helpful, and made everything seamless from start to finish. The home is private and peaceful, exactly what we were looking for. The setup was beautiful and intuitive, making it easy to settle in right away. Inside and out, the place is just as stunning as the photos—immaculately maintained and thoughtfully decorated. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

This was my second stay and I extended it because it is such an incredible place. Jason was so accommodating and made the process that much more special. I’m looking forward to my next stay.

We loved our stay here! The house had everything we needed and more. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless (which is the most important to us). The kids loved going down by the lake and had a wonderful time by the fire pit at night. Would definitely come back again and highly recommend! Thank you Pearce and Amy!

The house was comfortable and extremely well equipped. Though the weather was very cold, we were able to enjoy the beauty of the lake with all the windows. Eric was always available to answer any questions. The house has a game room on first floor with shuffleboard, pool table , darts and other games. I’d we inky had time.

Stayed for a long weekend with my wife and two dogs. Cottage was comfortable and clean with an amazing view of the lake with a nice patio and access to the dock which we enjoyed. Also great location just a bit over an hour from the city but within a 15 minute drive to many great hikes and close to many great food options. Tony was also very responsive and helpful with recommendarions. Highly recommend.

Meghan's place was beautiful, cozy, and peaceful. The house, property, and backyard, including lake, were pristine. All the prototypical trappings of a cabin in the Catskills were there: rustic construction, immediate access to nature, homey interior decorations. Meghan was a kind and responsive host, even allowing a late checkout. She provided a rundown of house rules, amenities, hikes, restaurants, and nearby entertainment before I even arrived, allowing me to better plan my stay. The area was beautiful and just a quick jaunt from NYC. I hope to come again with friends. Would recommend this place. 11/10. 5 stars.

I planned a trip to visit the Woodstock Museum and wanted to find a play to stay that was homey but also close to the museum. This listing was absolutely spot on to what I was searching for! The house was just as described on the listing! The area around the house was quiet and peaceful even though there are houses surrounding. The list of recommendations for sights and local eats were helpful while planning the trip especially if you don’t know the surrounding areas. Melinda was very responsive to any messages and quickly was happy to help if needed! Do yourself a favor and book this while you can!

My family and I loved the Airbnb ! Upon entering, the view of the lake was spectacular, the location was private and very peaceful. We had a wonderful time in the hot tub and took the kayaks out for a few days on the lake. The kids loved the separate entertainment centers and had a blast with the darts, pool table, and basketball. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, etc. it was a short drive to narrowsburg for shopping and dining but we stayed in for the entire stay and cooked our meals. Overall the Airbnb met our expectations and more! The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We look forward to coming back.

Realmente la casa estaba hermosa y la pasamos súper bien. El viaje fue algo exigente porque tuvimos que manejar casi 3 horas para llegar, lo cual influyó bastante en la experiencia. Sería ideal que se permitiera seleccionar la hora de llegada y salida, ya que sentimos que fueron muy insistentes con la salida, por lo que terminamos yéndonos a las 8 de la mañana. El precio me pareció un poco alto considerando que llegamos a las 4 p.m. y el lunes antes de las 11 a.m. ya debíamos irnos, sin siquiera tiempo para desayunar. Además, tuvimos que comprar un mapo porque la casa no tenía uno disponible. Fuera de eso, todo lo demás fue un 10.

Julie's place was the perfect winter getaway. The fireplace, hot tub and sauna warmed us and the very well-equipped kitchen enabled us to prepare great meals. The house was beautiful, with two living rooms for different activities and energy levels, a game room downstairs, a dining room with a large table and chairs, and comfortable furniture and beds throughout. Julie texted me to make sure that our every need was met. We had a snow and ice storm, and she had the driveway and walkways plowed, shoveled and sanded twice, and kept plenty of salt on-hand. We hope to return sometime in warmer weather so we can enjoy the pond, too.

The cabin is perfect! We had a wonderful time there. It is incredible peaceful, beautiful and relaxing! We can’t wait to go back!

This place matches photos and description. River location was beautiful and relaxing. Have not stayed at a cleaner place. I really appreciated that the towels and bedding were washed in unscented detergent.
