Your host is happy to interact as much or as little as you like, gladly sharing the best experiences the area has to offer.

The property is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the first floor with all of the mod cons. It has been furnished to make sure you feel like you are comfortable and have all the facilities you would expect in your own home. There is a lift for those with luggage and those of you that may find the stairs a little difficult. Though not fully accessible in terms of wheelchairs (there are three small steps internally within the apartment). We have a designated off-street parking space.

Perfectly located right on the beach yet in the heart of Broadstairs, this ground floor flat is in the historic 'Eagle House', named after the French Eagle Standard captured in the Battle of Waterloo. It is comfortably but stylishly furnished with mid-century vintage pieces and original artworks by local artists; enjoy a morning coffee on the sunny patio before stepping through the secret beach gate onto the golden sands of Viking Bay. Note there is no sea view from this apartment.

The apartment is decorated to a very high standard, with a high specification kitchen and bathroom with large walk in shower. The lounge directly overlooks Viking Bay, with fabulous views of the seafront and is close to the town centre and easily walkable from the station. There is a wood burning stove for those chilly evenings or cosy winter breaks. We have one large double bedroom, and a double-sized sofa bed so the apartment is comfortable for 2-4 people.

The regular loop bus service can take you to Ramsgate Harbour, Margate (Turner Museum) and Westwood.
