Der mediterrane Steingarten, der große geschwungene Pool(mit einem kleineren, abgetrennten Nichtschwimmerbreich und dem separaten Grillbereich mit Tischtennis läd zum Verweilen ein. Die Villa hat zwei Stockwerke, jedes mit 2 Schlafzimmern, Küche und Wohnzimmer ausgestattet. Das Haus hat WIFI und deutsches Sat.-TV.

In der Ferne sieht man das Meer und geniesst absolute Ruhe. Sie suchen Exklusivität, Privatsphäre und trotzdem unmittelbare Nähe zur Stadt und unfassbar schönen Stränden, dann sind sie bei uns genau richtig.

Das Haus ist ca. 5-10 min Fahrt von den Stränden entfernt. Es hat einen riesigen Außenbereich mit einem fantastischen Pool. Im Innenbereich gibt es 4 Schlafzimmer auf 2 Etagen mit 3 Bädern. Es bietet Platz für 8 Personen. Es hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche ein lichtdurchflutetes Wohnzimmer; Internet (200 Mbit/s) ist vorhanden.
