Dieses typisch azorianische, komplett renovierte Haus befindet sich an der Nordküste der Insel São Miguel in Porto Formoso. Die große Terrasse hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer. Der Strand Moinhos ist 10 und das Dorf Porto Formoso 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt zwei Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, die Stadt Ribeira Grande - 10 km entfernt - hat einen Supermarkt und viele andere Geschäfte. Casa recuperada ( antiga adega), integrada numa quinta com 5.000 m2, com grande variedade de citrinos e outras culturas. Óptimo jardim, com vista para o mar e para a serra. Possui uma área social muito espaçosa, ideal para famílias e grupos de amigos, onde existe uma mesa de snooker. Muito próxima de várias praias e do centro de Vila Franca do Campo. Existem vários trilhos a começar nas proximidades da casa. Situada na costa sul da ilha de São Miguel, com fácil acessibilidade a Ponta Delgada.

Welcome to Castanheiro. Our property is a recently refurbished house built around a century old chestnut tree. A spacious terrace offers a panoramic view of the Santa Cruz Bay. It is conveniently located in Lagoa and within a 3 min walking distance to the ocean . A stroll to natural swimming pools will take you 10 min. The house was lovingly restored to maintain its original stone features. A perfect place to enjoy with family and friends as it comfortably accomodates up to 6 people.

A Casa da Fonte fica no Lugar da Praia, uma pequena aldeia situada num vale entre a montanha e as praias, na costa sul de São Miguel. Fica no centro da Ilha, perto da via rápida, ideal como ponto de partida para longos passeios de carro ou a pé. Existem várias praias de areia em redor, uma cascata e uma piscina natural a 5 minutos a pé e um trilho pedestre com uma paisagem deslumbrante. Sítio tranquilo, no meio da natureza, sem ruído de carros. Totalmente relaxante e revigorante!

Hi! We are Vitória and Hermínio, a happily married couple from the Azores. We live in Vila Franca do Campo for more than 30 years and we think this is the perfect town in the island to spend some relaxing holidays. Casa das Taipas is a 2-bedroom house in the heart of Vila Franca, right in front of the sea with an outsanding view to the Atlantlic Ocean and Ilhéu, a volcanic islet known among the villagers as the Princess Ring. Casa do Lagar is one of the 3 villas of Quinta Velha das Amoreiras, an agricultural property located on the quiet outskirts of Vila Franca do Campo, in the center of São Miguel Island. Casa do Lagar is an entire house inside our farm. It has one double bedroom and two single beds on the mezzanine above the living room. A car is required.

Our Retreat is a rural nineteenth-century house, restored with the desire to conserve the time of construction characteristics. Not only did we keep the main structure of the house, but also the fire oven and the respective chimney, the mill of wine production and the basalt stone floor . And, to finalize we added a suspended living room - literally a glass cube.
