Ferienunterkünfte direkt am Strand in Villa Serena

katia and luca were fantastic .They made contact prior to our arrival and due to the public transport strike picked us up from the coach depot and personally drove us to their apartment. Their apartment was spotless and they also supplied us with some breakfast essentials and water upon arrival. Luca gave us a quick tour of the town and pointed out a few eateries that we tried and agreed with his suggestions. Apartment was perfect for our family of 5, only regret was our stay was too short.

Appartamento grande e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole, soprattutto per famiglie con bambini. Per noi è stato il primo viaggio con Letizia e abbiamo scelto questo appartamento proprio per l'attenzione ai piccoli. Nelle vicinanze troverete supermercato, mare e passeggiata serale con gelato 😉. Andrea è stato impeccabile. Pur non potendo riceverci di persona, ci ha supporto telefonicamente ed è sempre stato reperibile e molto disponibile. Alla prossima 😊

Abbiamo alloggiato presso l’appartamento della signora Maria per 4 giorni, ci siamo trovate veramente molto bene, personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Abbiamo avuto anche un inconveniente con l’auto che ci è stata rimossa dal parcheggio in cui l’avevamo lasciata e la proprietaria si è data disponibile da subito ad accompagnarci con la sua auto a prenderla al deposito che distava diversi chilometri dalla struttura. Ringraziamo tanto la proprietaria e tutto il suo staff e sicuramente se torneremo a Riccione alloggeremo ancora qui! Super consigliato!!!!

Christina und ihr Mann David sind Gastgeber mit Herz und Seele! Angefangen bei der persönlichen, herzlichen Begrüssung, über die vielen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten und die unzähligen Extras wie Bikes, Paddle Boards, Brettspiele, Grill, Pizzaofen, etc. etc. Das Haus ist persönlich und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, so dass wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt haben. Die Küche ist süss und klein und doch so vollständig ausgestattet, dass man locker ein 8-Gänge-Menu kochen könnte. Und dann noch die Lage direkt am Wasser. Ein wundervoller Ort um richtig zu entspannen oder aktiv zu sein. Herzlichsten Dank für diese wunderbare Zeit bei Euch!

We stayed at Angela's apartment with five people and had a fantastic time. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and much larger than expected. The location is perfect with convenient parking and close proximity to the beach. Angela was a good host, always reachable and full of helpful tips. We would definitely recommend this apartment!

Alfonso è stato molto disponibile, la casa molto accogliente e vicino alla spiaggia. nelle vicinanze ci sono diversi ristoranti ed è ideale per una vacanza con il cane in quanto ha uno spazio esterno e una spiaggia dedicata nelle vicinanze.

Casa foarte aproape de plaja!Ne-am petrecut serile pe terasa!Rasaritul soarelui este vizibil direct din apartament!Apartamentul este dotat cu absolut ce este nevoie intr-o locuinta!Gazda este o persoana extraordinara,ne-a primit cu foarte multa caldura si foarte amabila si prietenoasa!Sunt foarte fericita ca înca mai exista oameni atat de amabili!Ne-a ajutat si cu recomandari despre anumite locatii pentru vizitat si restaurant de calitate!Zona foarte buna cu multe restaurante in zona!😊😊

Wir hatte das Vergnügen, in einer neu renovierten, wunderschönen und geräumigen Wohnung zu wohnen. Die Wohnung ist nicht nur sehr sauber, sondern auch äusserst gemütlich eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Lage – nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt, was perfekt für Strandliebhaber ist. Auch die Anbindung an die Stadt und alle wichtigen Einrichtungen ist hervorragend. Die Vermieterin war immer gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit bei jeglichen Fragen oder Anliegen, was den gesamten Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machte. Alles in allem kann ich diese Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen. Sie erfüllt alle Erwartungen an Komfort, Sauberkeit und eine perfekte Lage zum Strand!

Wir waren mit 3 Männern am 05.09.24 zum MotoGP angereist. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos, Marcella hat uns die Wohnung gezeigt und alles erklärt. Alles was der Mensch so braucht war in guten Zustand vorhanden. Vom Balkon blickt man auf Strand und Meer. Restaurants und Supermarkt sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Rennstrecke ist 2 Km entfernt. Am 10.09.24 sind wir abgereist , Schlüssel auf den Tisch und fertig.

Soggiornato in uno dei suoi appartamenti per 3 notti. Gentilissimo nel rispondere a tutte le mie domande e sempre disponibile. Appartamento pulito, comodissimo a tutto (spiaggia, zona pedonale e supermercato) e con tutto l'indispensabile. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Ho soggiornato nel weekend di ferragosto insieme a 3 amici e, complessivamente, è stata un'ottima esperienza. Le foto purtroppo non rendono giustizia all'appartamento che è, invece, molto carino e dotato di tutti i confort essenziali. È concepito per accogliere una coppia ma per chi come noi si adatta a soluzioni alternative, è ottimo anche per 3 e 4 persone. La signora Anna è stata gentilissima fin dalla prenotazione, sempre disponibile e solare. Il miglior pregio di questo appartamento è, però, la posizione: a 2 passi letteralmente da tutto (spiaggia, viale ceccharini, stazione). Consiglio super vivamente a gruppi di amici o coppie.

Die Wohnung ist genial gelegen. Nur ein paar Schritte zum Strand oder zum hauseigenen, sehr sauberen, Pool. Von der Terrasse hat man einen sehr schönen Blick direkt auf das Meer, vom Sonnenaufgang bis Sonnenuntergang. Der Check-In von Andrea war sehr hilfreich und er hat mir auf einer Karte diverse Restaurants oder Sehenswürdigkeiten gezeigt. In ca. 100 Meter Entfernung hat es einen super Lebensmittelladen. Die Küche und Bad waren sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet und das Ausziehsofa sehr bequem. Den angebotenen Parkplatz (nicht vor dem Haus) für meine Vespa habe ich nicht genutzt, da es vor der Residenz sehr viele öffentliche Motorradparkplätze hat. Mir hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen.

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, la casa è in una palazzina a 10 minuti dalla spiaggia vicina a negozi, servizi e in contesto molto tranquillo e distinto. Paola è stata gentile, disponibile e affabile. Tutto come da descrizione, ringraziamo per l’accoglienza e il piacevole soggiorno!

What a beautiful apartment by the sea, I loved sitting on the patio and looking out at the ocean. The apartment was well equipped and had everything needed to make a meal. The bed was extremely comfortable and having parking was a huge plus. Would highly recommend this apartment and this host. He was extremely friendly and available to respond to any questions.

Appartamento splendido, nuovo, arredato e rifinito in modo impeccabile, in signorile palazzo al 6º piano, con posto auto riservato e bici a disposizione. Pulitissimo e dotato di tutto il necessario. Praticamente sulla spiaggia e a 5 minuti dal Misano World Circuit (motivo del nostro soggiorno) che volendo si potrebbe anche raggiungere in bici o facendo una passeggiata. Roberto risponde immediatamente a qualsiasi messaggio e fornisce dei tutorial molto utili per utilizzare gli elettrodomestici e gli spazi della casa. Ci ha anche suggerito negozi e ristoranti top nelle vicinanze. Un plus la signora che si occupa dell’accoglienza, anche lei molto gentile e disponibile. Adatto anche a persone con mobilità ridotta perché il palazzo è dotato di scivolo all’ingresso e due ascensori. Host e location super consigliati!

Siamo ritornati per il secondo anno consecutivo con mia moglie ed il nostro bimbo di 2 anni. Per noi è una soluzione ideale in quanto l'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario, collocato in zona residenziale tranquilla e vicino alla spiaggia. Laura è sempre disponibile in caso di bisogno.

Ortensia's Airbnb is ideal for anyone looking to visit Rimini. It is close to a lot of restaurants and extremely close to the beach. Its basically on the beach. Ortensia was very helpful if I had any questions and was willing to stop by when I couldn't find something that I missed, though someone else probably would have been able to find it. The unit is a good size for 2 people even though I was there solo. The bed was comfortable and the aircon worked great. The unit is in a private gated area which made me feel safe, though Rimini itself is very safe and I never felt uncomfortable.

Wir waren während des Aufenthalts sehr zufrieden. Eine Klimaanlage wurde sogar ebenfalls in den Schlafzimmern installiert und die Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar und hat auch sofort geholfen wenn was war. Das Appartement können wir sehr empfehlen, vor allem auch wegen der sehr guten Lage. Man hat viele Restaurants in der Umgebung und Abends kann man sich gemütlich auf den Balkon setzen und sein Bier genießen. Im groß und ganzen waren wir Siebenen schon erwähnt sehr zufrieden. Für älter Menschen mit Knieproblemen würde ich aber das Appartement weniger empfehlen, da dieses sich im 3.OG befindet und wenn man öfters hoch und runter muss, dann schnauft man schon etwas. Bezüglich den Parkplätzen haben wir uns zwar sorgen gemacht, aber in der Nähe gibt es dan doch mehr als genug Abstellplätze.

We had a wonderful stay. Silvia was very responsive, and she even brought us pizza upon our late arrival! The grounds are gorgeous and the views were incredible. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. Highly recommended.

Appartamento molto bello, terrazzo attrezzato e climatizzatore apprezzatissimi. Posizione ottima, vicino a un supermercato piccolo ma ben fornito (certo i prezzi non sono quelli del supercoop sito a 10 minuti di macchina dall' appartamento) e parcheggio riservato incluso. La dotazione di stoviglie ecc. è sufficiente, peccato per l'assenza di asciugamani e lenzuola e la mancanza di una seconda doccia pur con due bagni (utilissimi in 6!!). Alessandro è stato molto disponibile e ci ha fornito anche il preventivo per l'ombrellone presso lo stabilimento più vicino. Consigliato a occhi chiusi.
