Had a great stay at heaven’s delight, Provided early checkin for us. Place looked absolutely as described. Manjula and co-host were very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Aniket's place from February 24th to 26th, 2025. The house was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully furnished with all the essentials, making our stay extremely comfortable. The air conditioner in the master bedroom worked perfectly, ensuring a pleasant night’s sleep. Aniket, the host, was in constant touch, checking in to see if we needed anything, which made us feel well taken care of. A special mention to the caretaker, Mr. Naidu, and his wife, who were extremely helpful and ensured everything was in order throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality added to the overall experience. Given the comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service, we would love to stay here again whenever we visit Vishakhapatnam. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay in the city.

I really liked the property as it was near to proximity to many places. Mr. Ramanaih was responsive and providing help wherever needed. Location is really very good as you can find all the hotels and other medical and grocery items nearby. The rooms were good but there are few things getting old and needs to be fixed are: 1. All the beds are making too much sound 2. Mattresses are really very thin and uncomfortable 3. Washrooms need repair as there are no glass windows in ventilation windows. Apart from that everything was great. Thanks for accommodating us. Will like to stay to your property again in next visit.

After the warm welcome, we were flabbergasted by the spacious rooms with air conditioning. Parking space was sufficient for parking two cars. Definitely will definitely visit again in the future.

A gem of a place with Wifi, big parking space, fully private, garden, pet friendly and only a few steps to the beach. Mr. Kumar is a wonderful host. He was already there to greet us. Very responsive. Suggested good eating places nearby. Property was very well maintained, easy to find, lovely location and justified the price completely. We could stay for one night this time but will love to stay again in future. A big thankyou ❤️

Drove from Bengaluru to Visakhapatnam in 1 day with 2 dogs and this Airbnb was exactly what I needed - simple, cozy, and private. Adi did speak for about 5 mins as I checked in, but then he left me to relax and sleep. The room is small but very comfortable. Also, the mattress was incredibly soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby. There is hot water, AC, and a fan - what more could you want?! pet-friendliness was also a huge bonus. thanks Adi!

I had a fantastic time staying at ocean park from start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations!! The communication with host was smooth making the booking process hassle free. The amenities provided was top notch & the location was perfect. Overall i had an amazing experience. 👍👍

The stay was such a holistic and beautiful experience. Right from the location, the stay, carefully curated furniture, the aesthetics of its interior and last but not the least the host itself - all combined together to form one of the most peaceful stays I have experienced in the recent times. A hidden gem in the city of destiny.

We booked our stay for 6 people for 3 days. The place is located right on RK beach beside novotel. If anyone wants Private space, a quiet place and also close to the beach which is easily accessible, then this is the place for you! It had good kitchen amenities, working and good condition appliances, clean bathrooms and beds. We had good experience with checkin and check out and communication with the owner. Our experience was great as we could stay freely and without any issues we enjoyed our stay and recommend this place as well!❤️

This place was as per description and satified my expectations. 1. Very near to RK beach, just 2 mins walk. 2. All local attractions, like submarine meuseum, aircraft meuseum, vishaka meuseum are walkable. Rest can be accessed easily by auto / cab. 3. Very nearby departmental stores for all daily needs. Like more supermarket, etc. 4. Some good food joints and resturants for breakfast / dinner, lunch, nearby . 5. The place is just like own home, 2 big bedrooms with attached balcony. and a massive living room. 6. The sea is not viewable from room or balcony, but just 2 mins walk you can reach there . So do not consider this as a deterrant. Dont think twice, as a tourist, you would love this place and value for money.
