Terrazzino, living con divano, cucina a vista e tavolo da pranzo. Due camere da letto, una con un grande letto(tatami con futon) e vista stupenda, l'altra più piccola (tatami con futon)e una finestra alta. Due bagni con spaziose docce. Il Nido di Modica è un'antica casetta molto particolare con una vista spettacolare sul centro storico, completamente ristrutturata seguendo scrupolosamente lo stile dell'epoca. Dalla muratura all'arredamento è un immersione totale nella Modica di fine '800 e inizi del '900, per di più incastonata e integrata perfettamente all'interno del quartiere Cartellone, un luogo senza tempo arroccato sulla collina di fronte a San Giorgio con un groviglio di viuzze pedonali che rimandano al medioevo.

Magical stone hut built in 1818 lovingly converted with local materials into a simple, elegant home. Perched on a mountain ridge with valley vistas on all sides and a magnificent view into the Baroque town of Scicli with the sea beyond. A metal gate two fields away leads you into the land, where our neighbouring farmer grazes his cows and goats amongst the ancient carob grove.
