It also includes a restaurant and is open from 10am to 10pm. There is free parking available for all guests, and the use of the pool is included in the price. The pool is equipped with hydromassage jets for coplete relaxation and a retracable roof, allowing swimming at any time of the year. A children's playground is also located within the complex.

The house is located on a hill, in a beautiful forest area ''Borjak''. It is just above the Olympic swimming pool. The main pedestrian zone and town centre are walking distance, aprox. 5-10min. The house is perfect for families or a group of friends. The living room is huge, and full of light. There is a big terrace with barbecue in front of the house. The area is very quiet, surrounded by trees and nature. It is an ideal vacation home, but also very attractive for Love Fest visitors.
