We fell in love with Rovinj and decided to buy an apartment here in the old town. We just finished renovating it and are over the moon with the result. We are sure you will love your stay in our spacious old town apartment located right in the old town in proximity of everything. You will be happy to know the main parking area is just a 5 minutes walk from the apt. The fish and farmer's market are right in front while the main square is just 100m away. The location is just perfect.

Located just next to the Arena with the only representative balcony overlooking the Arena and the performances and concerts inside it, this stunning luxury residence also has a full sea view with beautiful sunsets over the whole Pula bay. Apartment AlPe Mar is located in the heart of the old town of Rovinj, inside the walking zone. The apartment has a terrace with a beautiful sea view where you can look at the beautiful old town of Rovinj. It was completely renovated in May 2020. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and living room, one double bedroom, a bathroom, a flat screen satellite TV and air conditioning.

The Apartment Carducci is situated in the very center of Rovinj. The accomodation consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned(cooling-heating). This winter(2018) we put double pane windows and balcony door to improove the insulation and reduce noise from the street.

It awaits you 10 minutes walk from the historic center of Rovinj. It consists of a large garden with private parking, kitchenette and living room, bathroom with shower on the ground floor and on the first floor 2 bedrooms and bathroom with tub and a big terrace with gazebo.In the garden you can use the grill.
