Our new renovated apartment is situated in the centre of the city, near the bus station and near the main street of Rovinj- Carera. Parking on the street/parking place nearby is chargable (zone 2 and 3-2,00 €/h or a daily card 15,00 €/day). Only for our guests we have organized 1 free of charge parking place, 14 minutes away by walk from the apartment. The apartment is located at the second floor of the building, at the Lacco Square (Trg na Lokvi). Sunny place and beautiful view. Sea view too!

From 14 square meters balcony you can enjoy in sunny view of Kvarner bay, surrounding historical villas, green garden, or have a relaxing evening with your favorite beverage while town lights reflecting from Adriatic sea.

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

We are renting an apartment in center of Novigrad. The city of Novigrad has a history that goes far back in time. The whole city is surrounded by walls which gives visitors a feeling of security and shelter. The apartment gives you a feeling of freshness and privacy. The apartment is 54m2, with a fully equipped kitchen and living room in the same big space, a separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony. It is equipped with air-conditioner, satellite TV, WiFi, radio with MP3 player. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
