Wonderful place! Everything in great condition, unit very clean and well equiped. Would absolutely stay again. Also pool was lovely, hot tub fantastic for cooler days. And all common facilities well maintained. Nice location slightly out of town, flat and easy walk in. Meant we had a quiet night sleep in a busy town! Hayley was really quick to respond to messages and everything was as stated (I’d argue even nicer than the photos).

Super super clean - lovely kitchen with everything you need - lovely soft beds and special little treat of some wine and chocolates Perfect for our needs and Chris and Kathryn were always super quick when we asked a question !

Great location, parking, pool, gym and close to the beach and cafes. Very good apartment. Set up great, tidy and well presented. Even had a coffee machine. Great communication from Elizabeth

We stayed at Jackie’s place as part of a road trip. Despite MY poor communication on the day of check-in, Jackie was very professional and responsive and made a breeze. Carpark is very secure, as is the elevator to get to the apartment floor. The apartment building is very central to amazing restaurants and is a very walkable 20-25mins to FMG Stadium, where we watched the Chiefs play the Highlanders (great environment and local crowd energy!!). Hamilton is renowned for gorgeous gardens and we also made the most of our time there as well. I highly recommend this place as a way to explore Hamilton and surrounds and if available would stay again.

Vicky’s place was great! Perfect for the 4 of us, located right near the Whangamata high street and a great view over the town and of the hills in the distance. The lounge was comfortable to relax in, the balcony got a lot of sun and the flat had all the amenities you could want. The instructions for finding the building, getting in and where to park, etc. were very clear and Vicky was incredibly helpful and responsive to messages. Would definitely stay again

One of the comfiest Airbnbs we've ever stayed in! The place was exactly as pictured — modern, beautifully renovated, and spotlessly clean. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the umbrellas (both big and small!) and the dehumidifier, which made indoor laundry drying a breeze. Parking was super easy and convenient. You can even see your spot from the living room. Check-in and check-out were smooth, thanks to the clear and detailed instructions provided. The location was perfect for day trips to places like Waitomo Caves, Hobbiton, and Rotorua. Highly recommend for anyone exploring the area!

This home is absolutely stunning and came fully equipped with all the essential amenities we needed. The space was ideal for our whanau, providing both comfort and practicality. Everything was immaculate, with a sparkling clean finish that made our stay even more enjoyable. Huge thanks to Craig!

Donna’s home is immaculate, beautifully furnished, and in a safe, convenient area close to shops ideal for both adults and children. During our stay, I experienced a medical issue and had close family come to support with our baby while my husband cared for me. I missed Donna’s messages on the Airbnb app the next morning and afternoon asking about extra guests. Once I saw them, I explained the situation and assured her they only stayed one night, and I was happy to cover any extra fee. After this we did feel a little unsettled, as neighbors were monitoring our comings and goings. It made us feel watched and impacted our sense of privacy. It would help if the listing mentioned any neighborhood watch or monitoring systems in place. Overall, it’s a lovely home and great for families, we just found the level of observation overwhelming.

From the moment we walked in, Laura’s place felt like home. Roomy, comfortable, two lovely outdoor areas, well provisioned kitchen. A short drive to a shopping centre with supermarket and restaurants, a short drive in the other direction to the beach or to Mount Maunganui. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was perfect. Good underground parking. Close to the venue we were attending. Just a couple of minutes walk to the city centre and restaurants. Very quiet. Arihia and Char were excellent hosts.

We had a very nice time in a very vibrant part of town a little noisy but fun, it is an apartment so not all rooms have windows and our host was fun and very friendly

Excellent location. Close to everything. Clean and tidy, well lived in, apartment. Very small 2nd bedroom (office size) straight off the lounge. Perfect for us though, we enjoyed our stay. Brooke was a great- excellent comms.

We had a great stay, the place was beautifully clean which as a small group of friends we really appreciated. The place was very cosy and comfortable and the shower pressure was fantastic! Very easy access instructions and communication was on point. Thanks for having us we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend and give 5 stars.

The flat is conveniently located near a lot of shopping and restaurants. The back of the apartment complex has direct access to the beach. We had a great stay.

Stayed for a night at Aleanna's place in Hamilton. Instructions were easy to understand, we had no problems finding our way in and about the house. It was also nice and clean and had everything we needed Also appreciate the kids toys that were available and the small home baked cookies. I did have to pay a small refundable bond fee given i had no reviews myself but it was definitely worth it Definitely recommend staying here!
