Seabreeze Cottage, by the ocean in Brighton, Otago

Enjoy sea-views from the living-room or be walking on the sand in 1 minute. The deck at the rear is sunny and rural with a sheltered BBQ area. Fully renovated, in keeping with it's Art Deco architecture, the gas-fire warms the living-room. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable (king in master/twin singles in 2nd bedroom) and OSP for 4 cars. It's a 7 minute walk to the swimming beach, cafe and dairy. Take the 16kms to Taieri Mouth for coastal scenery, fishing, walks and picnics.

Catch the Aurora Australis from the beach or watch the sunrise over the ocean from your private deck. Warm, one-bedroom cottage, surrounded by wildflowers, has 3 beds and a cot. Karaka Alpaca B&B Farmstay

Escape the hustle and bustle of city life at Karaka Alpaca Farm stay, just 15min from Dunedin's CBD. Our 11-acre farm has alpacas, Buster the cat, horses and sheep as well as stunning views over the cliffs of the Pacific Ocean. It has a kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, electric fry pan, fridge, jug, toaster and all the essentials. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. It has a private entrance and off-street parking.

Hillside Retreat & Woodstoked Hot Tub

This unique place has a style all its own. Come and enjoy some peace and quiet admiring the outstanding views of Mount Benger in your own wood stoked stainless steel hot tub. The hot tub will be filled with fresh water and heated on request. There are several outstanding cafes locally along with the beautiful Clutha Gold Cycle trail. The Millers Flat Tavern is open for meals Pinders Pond is a local swimming attraction. Highland Bike hire in Roxburgh has ebikes for hire.

Tree House with a view

Stay in a tree house, nestled among the native trees and birds, with your own private deck, views looking over the taieri mouth river and ocean and straight to Moturata Island which is a distinctive landmark and can be walked to at low-tide. the Studio is heated by heat pump, double glazing, very cosy warm space. access to property does have a steep driveway but the view is worth it. Located just 4km from Mosgiel, 15 Minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Dunedin. We are situated in a quiet rural location and have a near new 1 bedroom, fully self contained unit. Sit and enjoy the sunny north facing deck and watch the lambs playing in the paddock. If you are attending equestrian events at the nearby Mosgiel Showgrounds grazing may be available for your horse depending upon season, please ask first, extra charges may apply.

Welcome to Greenbank! Our special slice of paradise only 20 minutes from Dunedin and 10 minutes from the airport - this is country living at its finest! Our place is nestled in the heart of the Taieri Plains on a 25ha working farm. The original half of the homestead was built in 1868, and while the guest accomodation was developed about a century later, it has been tastefully designed to replicate the character of the main home.
