The Old Lamp Room. Self contained annexe

The Old Lamp Room used to store the lamps for the lighthouse until it became automatic. It is now an annexe to the old Lighthouse Keeper’s Cottage, which is our family home. Guests have their own front door and are free to use the small front courtyard garden which has a bistro table and chairs. Situated up a small path, behind the lighthouse and moments from the beach. The high street with its shops, restaurants and pubs is a 5 minute stroll away. An ideal cosy bolt hole.

Our luxurious shepherd hut (with private hot tub) is set in a peaceful location on a quiet arable farm in Suffolk. Our amazing hut features a cosy double bed, gorgeous ensuite shower with loo and basin, a fully equipped kitchen with hobs, microwave and fridge, a sofa, flatscreen tv, dedicated WiFi, electric fire and a brand new 5 berth hot tub. We are just 10 mins drive from Eye, 20 mins from Framingham and 40 mins from the seaside towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold.

Whether you want to relax by the woodburner whilst soaking up the views, take long walks whilst enjoying the wildlife, cycle,canoe or fish, Wortwell is the perfect location being on the South Norfolk/Suffolk border. Dreamers Cottage is perfectly located, right in the heart of Southwold. Short breaks throughout the year, with a minimum stay of just 2 nights even in high season. The cottage is just steps from the beach, with its traditional colourful beach huts, and so central to Southwold's fantastic cafés, deli's, restaurants, famous pubs & independent shops. Despite all this, the cottage is quiet and not overlooked. Absolutely no pets ever - so allergies are safe.
