Recently refurbished to a high standard, this is the perfect retreat for families or friends to kick back and relax. The cottage has two luxurious king size bedrooms and an equally comfortable twin room, all with en-suite facilities. Downstairs is an open plan living, dining and kitchen space with high end appliances and outside is a beautiful garden for al fresco dining.

Southwold's beach and famous beach huts are just a few off-road steps away and the high street with its independent shops, pubs and eateries are just round the corner. I genuinely love hosting and I prepare the house myself making sure that each guest is carefully catered for and has a very special stay.

Away from the busy road but minutes from the shops, pubs and beach, Drift is a beautifully styled, well appointed 1920s cottage for up to 8. A good sized, private south facing enclosed garden, peaceful traffic free location with open views over moor, walks from the door to the pubs, beach, Southwold harbour or nature reserves. Dutch House Barn (with sauna)

Dutch House Barn (DHB) was lovingly restored during 2023/4 in the Suffolk tradition, using reclaimed materials. As from July 2025 the property includes an original and now renovated 1970's Finnish sauna. DHB is an annex to Dutch House, where I live with Sue, my wife of 51 years and Poppy our dog, who is now 11. Despite all this, the cottage is quiet and not overlooked. Absolutely no pets ever - so allergies are safe.

Please note Port Side is accessed via a metal staircase to the first floor, whilst we love our high over the town it may not be suitable to all guests!

Pegasus Cottage is our cosy holiday home nestled in a peaceful lane in Walberswick. Built after the war as a Swedish wooden house, there are beautiful walks in every direction, to the sea, the river, the marshes, the woods and of course into the iconic village itself. The cottage is our own homely but treasured holiday retreat so is comfortable, personal and a little frayed around the edges. We love sharing it with like-minded people.
