This new, very private apartment attached to our home is in a quiet and picturesque environment minutes away from Dock Square. It's great for couples, solo adventurers and families with one child. If you are seeking to spend the day at one of the beautiful Kennebunk beaches they are just minutes away. We strive to offer a thoughtful balance between modern amenities and a natural setting. This space is perfect for two guests, with a maximum of four who are comfortable sharing tiny accommodations. We are pet friendly for an additional fee - one dog maximum per reservation.

Beautiful, spacious studio, 1 mile to beaches

Our spacious suite with private bath is comfortable, well appointed, close to everything. 1 mile to the beach. Many extras included ! The suite consists of a large studio, with private bath. The second room rents for $55 per night for a second or third person in the group and shares the bath. Free amenities include use of beach parking pass, chairs, pack-n-play, kayaks, gas grill, picnic table, fire pit

This is a one bedroom unit with its own private bathroom close to Wells Beach, and Route 1 Shopping, restaurants , etc. High-speed WiFi, AC/Heat, comfy queen sized bed, mini fridge, microwave, table with 2 chairs, ceiling fan, first aid kit, iron, and blow dryer. I don't do long term rentals for the summer but please message me if you'd like to do a long term rental from October to May.
