Beautiful little house. AC works great upstairs and Downstairs. The bed was very comfortable. Full Kitchen available for all your cooking needs. The farm animals are all well kept and very sweet. We took our fur babies with us and had no problems. Blue crab are very easy to catch with a trap and some chicken legs. I fished everyday while I was there, Weather was perfect and I had an assortment of live bait and artificial but no fish this time, it happens. The host was very nice and even allowed us the use of all of the docks on the property. Very nice and peaceful. We had a great experience overall

The place was amazing. The view is even better in person. Host was super helpful with me getting in late the first night. Definitely recommend.

This is our 4th stay on Tybee and 2nd year in a row at Coconut Cottage. It has everything we need inside and out. We use the bikes daily and the beach stuff, too - wagon, chairs, umbrella, cooler, huge fluffy beach towels… The backyard is huge and private, if we weren’t at the beach, we were out there. Coffee on the deck in the morning and cocktails in the evening around the gas fire pit. Pat and Pam are so friendly and helpful, I highly recommend!!

We loved staying here and this will be our new go to play to stay! The location was great, the neighborhood was quiet, the dock was perfection and the back yard with the pool couldn’t have been any better. The house was clean and had everything you could need including being pet friendly. This will be our new place to stay for vacation!

We gathered at Sea Pines on Hilton Head to celebrate our Dads 80th birthday & Tom’s house couldn’t have been better! The location was a short walk to Harbor Town GC Lighthouse/Shops & restaurants! We’ll definitely be back. Thanks!

Everything was well-organized and thoughtfully set up, which made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Carlos and Marci were outstanding hosts—warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. They made check-in a breeze and were always available if I had any questions. Their local tips really helped me make the most of my trip! Al was wonderful to work with and this house was perfection! We’ve stayed in several homes in Greenwood Forest (and been in many others) and this was our favorite! Great, open floor plan, large bedrooms, clean & tidy, perfect location, and wonderful back patio & fire pit. Five stars all around. Thank you, Al! We love your home and hope to be back!

My SeaPines stay exceeded expectations. Lovely open, nice and open. Had everything I needed. So close to beach for walking at sunrise. Very quiet at night, very peaceful. Loved every minute
