My property is situated on the shores of Lake Cartcarrong midway between the Great Ocean Road and the Grampians. I speak Italian and French with an Italian accent! There is one horse and one whippet on the property and numerous species of native wildlife. The accommodation is light, private, spacious and comfortable.

We are on the edge of Nth Warrnambool and only 3km to the CBD or 4km to the beach. there is free parking at the property and if you like to walk it's only 15 min or 2 min drive to bakery, bottleshop, supermarkets, Pizza, fish and chips, Thai and laundromat.

The Little Shack: Pets are Welcome

The Little Shack is a modern bungalow with a spacious double gated yard area. It is situated behind the main residence. 1.6 kms from the Main Street of Warrnambool and a short drive to the river mouth and beaches, it’s around the corner from the Fletcher Jones gardens, fish + chip shop, laundromat and cafe Wilba + Co. Most pets are welcome to stay with pre-approval upon booking. The bed is double - so cosy! If you’re 6’4” it’s maybe not ideal!

You’re own seperate space, behind my house that has its own entrance, a lush ensuite & Lockable doors and block-out blinds.

The Shed @ Mepunga Country Stay is a tastefully decorated 1 bedroom unit located at the rear of our property inside our large rural shed. The large bedroom has a double bed and a single bed which is set up as a daybed. The kitchen / dining room is spacious with a small table, couch/futon and TV. Entry to The Shed is via a sliding door which faces animal pens and holding yard. The unit is connected to tank water.
