We had a fantastic weekend stay in this lovely little gem of a place, the scenery & peaceful surroundings really made it, the hot tub was a definite bonus. The local pubs were very friendly & fantastic food. I would highly recommend this place & can't wait to come back again.

We had such a lovely, relaxing time during our stay! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed to unwind. Everything was thoughtfully set up and made us feel right at home. Communication with Jon was easy and smooth from start to finish. We would definitely love to come back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

Overall, accommodation was great and everything went well. Things that I would like to point out. List of amenities these things are not correct. 1. Carbon monoxide alarm for the fireplace. The bedroom is not operational which is a hazard. 2. Coffee machine was not there. We asked and we were kindly given a jar instant coffee. 3. Outdoor to dining area doesn't exist. there is ourdoor furniture but not a dining area. 4. Outdoor kitchen doesn't exist either. They are correct, there is a BBQ as mentioned on the amenities , but that is not a outdoor kitchen. 5. I understand there is no Wi-Fi available. Which would I was okay with as I have 50GB of data. What I was not aware is that the location is in a virtually a signal dead zone there was one spot that we had to go to , if we wanted to receive our Whats-App messages. I would see this as an important thing to mention to people. Lastly , we had the lovely couple who lived at the corner who were available when we needed to ask questions.

We had a beautiful few days at the shepherds hut, loved the views, the very comfy beds, the lovely chickens and gorgeous dogs 😊 Jill was very helpful, responsive and friendly

Great host and wonderful place to stay. Had a really relaxing time and loved the fire pit and wood-fired hot tub. Would definitely stay again.

The stay was an incredible experience! The hot tub is fantastic & the Sheperd’s Hut was just as it’s been described. The fence makes the stay very private, being able to look out the bedroom window and watch the horse made it even more special. Julia is very nice & gives great recommendations.

We had the most wonderful 2 night stay at the Swift Shepherds Hut! Spotlessly clean with everything we could possibly need. The hot tub was a perfect addition at the end of a busy day exploring! Thank you Caroline❤️

We had a very enjoyable stay at Thom’s Ladybird Hut. It was just what we needed. Thom was there with a warm friendly welcome. He gave some great advice on local amenities and things to do. The hut itself was just beautiful, the large window gives you expansive views across the field and we were treated to an epic sunset whilst making use of the hot tub. Many Thanks again.

We had a lovely couple of days here, so idyllic and peaceful. We will be coming back☺️ definitely recommend even if you can’t drive as Ubers are available.

Amazing stay in a picturesque location, the place was nice and clean with lots of amenities available to us. Only possible improvement could be to include a net to skim the hot tub in between uses, especially when there are flies and mosquitoes etc. on hot days. 10/10. Would recommend! 👍

Perfect for our weekend getaway! Cozy, clean and relaxing. Well located near the beautiful Cotswolds’ towns and we got some great local advice from Rachael. Would definitely recommend!

Me and my partner had a wonderful stay at the shepherds hut that was located in a beautiful private setting. The hut was clean and tidy upon arrival and we had tutorial videos sent prior to our visit to help with setting up the hot tub. There was plenty of fire wood and additional towels to use outside. Ruth was a fantastic host and really went the extra mile to make our stay extra special. The Prosecco on arrival was a great touch to have in the hot tub on the first night. Would recommend this getaway to anyone who’s wanting to escape to the country side.

We had a lovely peaceful stay here for our birthday! The bath took a bit of working out to get the right temperature but we were lovely and warm in the end despite it being 1°c outside - thankfully there were bathrobes for us to use which was perfect! The canal and a little shop are literally 2min walk from the hut and we went to a nice pub just down the road (the admiral nelson) - you can either walk down the road or the canal to get there. Our dogs loved the paddock and cosy fire 🔥 Thank you so much 😊

Dolly is my new go-to retreat. Beautiful surroundings, it’s so peaceful, and there are some incredible walks, as well as a choice of various dog fields on the farm that you can book. Jo was brilliant, on hand if needed. I recommend taking a walk to the Falcon where we had the best Sunday roast! It’s a 40 minute walk through the village and across the paddocks and fields, They welcome dogs. Stunning pub, lovely gardens, and excellent food and service. I’m looking forward to going back to Dolly again very soon. Thanks Jo!

Fabulous place in a truly stunning landscape. Beautiful walks on the Cotswolds Way just steps away. Jane checked us in and was super helpful to us, a fantastic host with a passion for making things perfect for guests. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time at Rosie’s shepherds hut - it is set in the most beautiful surroundings! So quiet and peaceful. The hot tub was absolutely perfect too. The hut is very very clean, and we couldn’t fault it at all. Mary even introduced us to their brand new foal who had been born the previous evening! Very kind, friendly and welcoming hosts - thank you so much for having us! We loved celebrating our honeymoon there.

A perfect stay for a short stint in Chipping Campden. Just down the block from High Street and feels very private. Couldn't have been happier.

Really lovely Shepards hut - excellently well equipped for a short break and very nice to have no issue bringing our dog. Lovrly surrounding walks to pubs without needing to go on roads

my partner and I stayed here last night for a peaceful night away and it was just that. The Little garden space was perfect for a relaxing cuppa and watching nature. We fired up the outside tub (which took around 2 hours because we were hesitant on the amount of wood we put in the burner) poured a glass of wine and relaxed for a couple of hours. Before our check in we popped to The Tavern in Broom which had lovely food. we went for a stroll and popped into the local farm shop which is definitely somewhere I'd recommend as there was so much produce and they have a cafe too. The bed was comfy and we slept well. the kitchen area has everything you need for a little break away. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay for a nice night of escape

What a beautiful little gem. Everything was seamless from the check in process to the checkout process. The place itself was spotlessly clean and cosy, we loved the decor it was homely - and an added bonus there was a great little pub across the road. The grounds were beautiful, our host was great too - gave us recommendations of where we could take our dog etc. The amenities were basic as described but we brought little bits to put in the fridge and it was well stocked up with teas, coffees, snacks and water, theres also a microwave too. A really cosy hut providing a different experience for a night in the Cotswold. Space was small as expected but smart, neat, and nicely presented. I could stand up without issue. Fireplace worked very well at heating the space and is a nice touch. There was a plumbed in sink and electricity in the shed too, and the WiFi worked easily. Easy to find and good access. Shower and toilet are in the main house.
