A BEAUTIFUL space with a private outside entrance that is SPOTLESSLY CLEAN. Our linens are washed in hot water with bleach and all surfaces are disinfected. This casita provides beautiful views of the surrounding mountains including Zion National Park and Pine Valley. Guests will enjoy close proximity to Zion National Park (20 Mins), Grand Canyon National Park (2.5 hrs), and Bryce Canyon National Park (2 hrs). As well as, TWO lakes (10 Mins), Sand Hollow State Park and Quail Creek State Park.

Cozy Cottage near Zion National Park.

Our Cozy Cottage is down a long driveway next to our quiet orchard. We have made it wheelchair accessible, with a large shower with two Nebia shower heads, support bars and a shower chair. There are no stairs. It is new, as of September 2020. Living area has a comfortable couch, table and chairs. The kitchen is full and complete. Full size washer and dryer. There are motion sensor light above the wide sidewalk to the front door. We have a keyless pad entry lock. Lovely farming community.

Happy, clean, comfortable, large suite with KING size bed, mini-kitchen area. Very nice, safe neighborhood. We're friendly, and interact as little or as much as you want. We’re easy going and we live here on the property and can help you and answer questions. Near Zion National Park (25 minutes) 2hrs to Bryce National Park, and Lake Powell. We are a few minutes from some great sand dunes, Quail Lake and Sand Hollow Reservoir, JEM trail, Gooseberry Mesa, next door to Three Falls Canyon.
