(<20min) Located just steps to the bus stop that takes you to Port Authority Bus terminal near Times Square in NYC, as well as a free Ferry Shuttle that takes you to the Ferry for an even faster commute! Enjoy a nice stroll on the Hudson River walkway with breathtaking views of the NYC skyline or eat at any one of the local restaurants- including a delicious brick oven pizzeria downstairs!

Right across Hudson River on NJ side. It is 3 stories Townhouse, your en-suite is on 2nd floor. If you need cooking must request and pay $20 extra by cash, $5 afterwards, parking $15/per day. Be aware you are booking an en-suite inside a townhouse. Both 2nd and 3rd floor has two rental units . So you need to share entrance and staircase with these guests. Amazing Manhattan skyline view, 4 NJ transit buses running from us to Time Square in about 20-30 minutes. Bus stop is in front of the house.

Our place has two rooms with a king size beds in each room, a full bathrooms and a kitchen fully equipped with a dinner table and 4 chairs.

This spacious and serene space has an attached garage. Street parking and overnight street parking is allowed until October 15, 2026. You may also park in the attached garage as best you can. Up to you. Set the heat or AC, watch TV, nuke a meal, do some laundry, and there's a small office to gather your thoughts. There's high speed WI-FI and your own private entrance through your garage to come and go as you please.
