We are away from the bustle of the town on a quiet residential street. 1/2 mile to unique restaurants and there are MTB trails from your door. 9 minutes from the JEM trail system and 32 minutes from Zion National Park. Quail Creek and Sand Hallow Reservoir are 20 minutes away. Plenty for the outdoor enthusiast to enjoy.

Right off the freeway and just two minutes to Walmart and plenty of shopping. Great stop on your way to Bryce Canyon, the Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, Horseshoe bend, Monument valley, and Arches National park.
