A luxury Shepherd's Hut with the unique bonus of a separate spacious heated snug for exclusive use. Both in a private, south facing walled garden on our working farm. An amazing base for walking, cycling or driving to the beach & Quantock hills. The handcrafted hut has everything you need with handmade kitchen, bathroom, fabulously comfy double bed and a sofa. On the stone flagged terrace is a wood-fired jacuzzi hot tub and al fresco seating for dining with a firepit and grill. Wood supplied.

Two minutes walk from the marina with fantastic sea views, ours is a lovely home from home for individuals, couples or families, wishing to stay in the centre of this pretty coastal village. It is an unusual oak beamed maisonette on the 1st and 2nd floors of a 19th century building and not suitable for people who cannot manage steep stairs. We have 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, a living/dining room with sea views, an office for home working and a fully equipped modern kitchen.

The caravan is 40' x 14' with a large balcony to the front, sea views along with parking for 2 vehicles. Please note we are a working farm so there will be associated noise and smells, we are also doing some alterations to the adjoining barn which may generate some daytime noise.
