Superbe expérience dans l’appartement de Tricia, tout a été parfait du début à la fin. À la suite d’une annulation de dernière minute par un autre propriétaire, j’ai réservé chez elle, et honnêtement, j’ai regretté de ne pas l’avoir fait dès le départ ! Malgré la réservation de dernière minute, Tricia a été très réactive et accueillante. Elle a pris le temps de tout m’expliquer et m’a même recommandé de superbes endroits à découvrir, que j’ai testés et adorés. Le logement est totalement autonome, très bien équipé et incroyablement bien rangé – tout était si propre et soigneusement organisé que je n’avais presque pas envie d’y toucher ! Si vous passez quelques jours à Liverpool, foncez sans hésiter chez Tricia, vous ne serez pas déçus !

We loved this flat! 2 couples and a teenager. We all had our own spaces and the kitchen had all we needed for when we decides to eat in. The bathrooms were spotless- along with the rest of the flat. Easy access to buses to Liverpool town center and Queens Square for train. A lovely walk through a green space park to Anfield Stadium. Daniel was quick to respond to any questions that we had. A wonderful stay!

We had a great stay here this weekend. Barry was really friendly and flexible with our booking. The location was central of Liverpool so easy to get to where we were going. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Looked good in the photos but in reality was even better! Clean flat, comfortable beds, fluffy towels. As others have mentioned, the second bed was slightly smaller than a standard double. Quiet location over a weekend stay, perfect location for us. Very happy with our booking.

This was such a great find and easily accommodated 2 families. The location is a short walk to L1 and away from the noise. Andy was extremely responsive and ever helpful. Highly recommended!!

Stayed for 2 nights for a trip to Anfield...walkable distance through Stanley Park and a lovely little apartment. absolutely spotless throughout and well thought out, in terms of adding extra beds without compromising on space. Had everything you could need, full kitchen with all utensils, crockery etc and decent tea/coffee, an iron and ironing board, lots of storage and spare towels and bedding. The match I came for was altered and I had to contact Allan a few days before to try to rearrange booking by one day and his response was prompt and he accommodated my request without hesitation. Access to the courtyard was a bonus, small but very pleasant. Two things to note, do not be put off by the security gate on the front door and be mindful that the hallway before getting into the apartment is quite dark, even with the light on. I'd recommend Allan's place to anyone heading to Liverpool.

Loved our 2-night stay! Great clean, comfortable and stylish apartment with private parking, it had everything we could ask for. Ideal for walking to all the best local attractions. We were really happy. Highly recommended!

5 Sterne Stephen war wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und legt Wert auf die Zufriedenheit seiner Gäste. Das Apartment ist wirklich schön. Sehr großes Wohnzimmer, sehr hell und harmonisch eingerichtet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und wir haben super darauf geschlafen. Auf Sauberkeit legen wir viel Wert und fanden beide, dass es wirklich sehr sauber und ordentlich war. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Super zentral und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, super Restaurants und haufenweise gute Kneipen fußläufig zu erreichen. Das war unser zweiter Besuch in Liverpool und das erste Mal in Stephens Unterkunft. Wir planen bereits nächstes Jahr wiederzukommen und wieder dieselbe Unterkunft zu buchen. Wir können den Aufenthalt hier nur empfehlen. Liebe Grüße an Stephen. Samira und Gerrit

It was a pleasure and privilege to spend a week (with good weather) in a modernised, comfortable Listed home in such a beautiful Conservation Area Village with much to explore there on foot. It is located in one of the best spots there too, overlooking the Dell yet only one minute's walk from the Station (which is not noisy at all). That did mean offcomers /commuters parking there (so making it less easy to park nearby) but there is a more private area to park which Matt commended to us. We have experienced various homes but Matt's was both amply and well equipped by comparison to some we have stayed at, with comfortable rooms and plenty of space and facilities. Easy quick and cheap to get into Liverpool by train, and to access the M53 for the rest of the Wirral. Very handy well stocked farm shop a few minutes drive away for goodies and treats. All in all a great stay, thank you Matt.

A group of us stayed for a hen do and the house was perfect plenty of beds, bathrooms and space to socialise the weather was good and the garden had plenty of seating to enjoy the sun! The house is very well equipped with little extras like cocktail shakers, afternoon tea stands, games cupboard, books all the little details that make a stay like a home from home and perfect for hosting celebrations or equally family getaways. Easy access to Liverpool but we also thoroughly enjoyed a meal at the local so salsa tapas bar and a trip to the bus yard on the beach at Crosby marina if you don’t want to go into the city centre. Thank-you Catherine and Claire for being perfect hosts we would recommend your air b n b to anyone !

Mike and Pamela were fantastic, very helpful and responsive. the house was huge! so much space and really well equipped. games for the kids, hot tub, lots of cutlery and crockery, plenty of pillows and towels. everywhere felt clean too. location was good, we didn't walk far as dad walks with a stick and brother on crutches! but you could have easily. plenty of retail parks nearby and the marine lake was a lovely walk. would absolutely recommend!

We had a great stay! The property was nice, clean, and well presented, exactly as described. We really appreciated that the host accepted our booking on short notice—it made things so much easier. Everything was smooth from start to finish, and we’d happily stay here again in the future.

From booking, to arriving at the property, Eddie was extremely helpful and whenever we contacted for information he responded quickly. The house was homely and exactly as described! The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog who just loves to be outside, and the patio doors at the back meant that we could allow him the space to roam in and out as he pleased. The property was within a 10-15 minute Drive in to Liverpool which was great if you’re looking for a quiet area to stay while visiting. Thank you!!

Jason and Jen are great hosts. When we checked in, they were there to welcome us and entertain any questions we might have had in a comfortable way. When they had learned I was going to be celebrating my birthday while we were there, they bought a cake to help us celebrate. We had other groceries too. The flat had everything you could ask for in a property. It was clean, centrally located in Liverpool’s city center, and walkable to a lot of interesting attractions, restaurants, shops, museums and of course pubs, comfortable beds and pillows, a nice kitchen and bath, cable TV, and more. I’d recommend this property.

Excellent location for exploring the city as long as you don’t mind a walk. Great apartment everything you could need, comfy bed and a lovely shower.

Emma’s flat is lovely. Clean and comfortable. Nice to have two bathrooms as well. Good price and excellent communication from Emma. We were left some milk which was a nice touch as we needed cup of tea. Highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment in a fabulous location. Quiet leafy avenue with buzzing Lark Lane just round the corner but not intrusive. Well stocked with everything needed for a very comfortable stay. If I could give this apartment 11 out of 10 I would! Will definitely stay again if in Liverpool.

Hoylake is so beautiful. Clare's house is spacious and comfortable and the apartment is very comfortable and well-appointed. The nearby beaches and walks are stunning. We had a wonderful stay.

Liz’s apartment exceeded our expectations, Liz was so warm and welcoming to me and my family and very accommodating and flexible with our check in/out schedule. The apartment is located in a private and peaceful area with a beautiful view, extremely clean and tidy filled with lots of amenities such as Netflix and WiFi and cold water and the kitchen was stocked with essentials which me and my family were highly impressed with! Can’t fault our stay at all, would love to stay again in the future Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks again Liz

Stayed for 3 days and it was amazing. Really nice views from the apartment and the house was fresh and clean too, made for a really nice stay, extremely friendly and addressed everything really quickly.
