Close to the Chilterns, the pretty market towns of Thame and Watlington and just 20 minutes drive from Oxford. There are excellent walks and numerous pubs and restaurants with delicious food and warm fires. The property is a separate annex from the main house and is perfect for a relaxing break. It has a sitting area and kitchen, a bedroom with beautiful views, a superking bed and a modern bathroom.

Set in its own little orchard of apple, pear & plum trees this delightful and spacious accommodation includes open plan living with kitchen space, entrance hall, bathroom with shower and a large double bedroom with ensuite. Situated in the charming town of Watlington, nestling beneath the Chiltern Hills, the Little Orchard is ideal for exploring the stunning countryside by either foot or bicycle and if you just want to relax, enjoy sitting out in the orchard, or at the back, with garden views.

Our home is a charming cottage on a quiet road just off High St. The front half dates back to the 1800s, features woodburning stove, exposed beams, shuttered sash windows & cosy bedrooms, & the back half offers modern open-plan living (kitchen island, bright conservatory & garden).

Luxury self-contained annexe on the edge of the Chilterns, situated in the peaceful countryside which can be enjoyed from the hot tub, yet only 5 mins to the M40, 15 mins to Oxford Park & Ride & 15 mins to the station with trains to London taking 45 mins. It is the perfect place to relax with cosy lounge, wood burning stove, bespoke kitchen & underfloor heating. Upstairs features a super-king sized bed, seating area, luxury wet-room with underfloor heating, balcony and Jacuzzi.

Little Acorn is the annexe to Acorn Cottage, dating from 1650 beside 12thc Grade 1 church, own gate into churchyard, footpaths to farmland. Half mile from M40 and Ridgeway track. Buses to/from Oxford/London 24 hours. Fast wifi, flatscreen TV (via internet) large shower and patio with views. Tea/coffee/kettle and fridge. Parking on drive. Light sensors. No dogs, no smoking/vaping please, even in the garden! No shop in village!!! Two working cocker spaniels on site.

Gardeners’ Cottage (Georgian stable conversion)

An entirely self contained cottage, recently converted from a Georgian stable and gardeners’ lodge. While adjacent to the owners property it is entirely separate, with its own secure parking and EV charger. Located in a small village, with two pubs on doorstep. Market town of Wallingford (setting for “Midsomer Murders”) is short walk, many amenities including boat rides on the River Thames an outdoor heated pool (summer), great restaurants and shops including Waitrose.
