We stayed at Quasim's place for one night beacaue we were travellinv the next morning but after getting there we wished we would have stayed there the whole time we were in London. Quasim's place is so clean and very close to the town area and Gatwick Airport. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. It is perfect for large families, my group was five of us. Whenever I am visiting London again I will definitely be staying here.

Mark was a great host and very accommodating always responsive and helpful, couldn’t go wrong to stay here smack bang in the middle of everything good resteraunts and 1 min walk to beachfront 👍

a really lovely place to stay with an especially friendly and interesting host- Sonja. Everything looked lovely and loved having own bathroom. Offered me tea and chat and recommended good pub for dinner. Comfy bed. alVery good breakfast with fresh fruit salad and warm croissant. Very good shower. No complaints at all and wd come back. Brilliant sleep with quite literally the strongest shower I’ve ever used massaged my head clean!

Lovely place to stay right in the centre of town - so many restaurants, bars etc in walking distance. They were super helpful with checking in and checking out - would definitely come back again thank you!

A very comfortable stay in an absolutely stunning setting. We very much appreciated Victoria's hospitality and excellent breakfasts in the sunny garden. Thanks to the unusually warm weather the outdoor pool was still open for use - an excellent facility if you're a proper swimmer. Refreshing swims and the separate pool changing and shower room really added to our stay.

The lodge is located in a beautiful corner of East Sussex and the owners have created an equally beautiful place to enjoy as a retreat and comfortable place to recharge yourself. Everything is as described and then a bit better too. The owners and staff doing everything possible to make you welcome and happy. Highly recommend.

Amazing place. If you’re looking to escape and enjoy some peace and quiet, then this is a lovely spot. There’s a local pub but also lots within a 10 minute drive. Great host, very friendly who cooks mean scrambled eggs in the morning!

Robin is a wonderful host, so approachable and helpful. The property itself is absolutely stunning, extremely clean and full of great people whom were kind and considerate. I’d absolutely stay here again, thank you 🩵

First of all - the room was exactly as advertised, nice and clean with the private bathroom, comfy beds, can't complain. But what stood out most for me was friendliness and understanding of the host, Robin, who was able to accommodate our requests and is genuinely a very nice person. Thank you Robin.
