Honestly, this place blew us away. It looked nice in the photos, but in person it's even better. Super clean, really well put together, and just had a great feel overall. Kate was quick to respond and super helpful, even with our last-minute booking. Such good value too. We'll 100% be back

What a wonderful few days at Ian and Evelyn’s flat. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood and just a few minutes walk from Marlow center, the flat offered privacy and peacefulness while being easily accessible to Marlow’s many amenities. A super comfy bed in a large bedroom as well as a well appointed kitchen make the flat feel just like home. Evelyn and Ian were helpful and responsive which made the stay even more comfortable.

beautiful apartment and spotlessly clean with really modern and high spec finish. some nice extra touches like breakfast cereals, milk and biscuits and a bowl of sweets provided. The apartment is in quite a rough part of Reading but the security is excellent and the apartment complex is gated so feels very safe. A couple of things that I found strange was being asked to provide copies of ID before arrival and to take out our own rubbish when we left, even though it is listed as a serviced apartment. We were also asked our approx check in time and then told we could not arrive before then (5pm), even though check in as from 2pm in the price. Overall though, it was very good quality and I would recommend.

Have stayed at Karen’s several times we love staying there . Think 5 star hotel , beautiful home, fully furnished,walks on the doorstep , everything you could possibly think off is supplied, can’t wait to stay again 😃

I felt very good at Aengus. The house was very pleasant, I found everything I needed and everything was exactly as in the pictures. I really liked the area, close to the canal, with a pleasant view. I communicated very well and quickly with the host. I have found here all the things you need for a longer stay. I recommend with confidence

Beautiful little apartment In wonderful location. Perfect for our family of three and dogs. Host communication was excellent, loved the flexible check-in and had a family like feel to the place. Highly recommend the Bear in North Moreton pub - 10 minute drive away. Oxford city centre is sub 30 minutes and a great day out also. Would love to visit again!

We had a wonderful stay at Louisa’s place this weekend. The place was spotless, comfortable, and peacefully quiet—we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Louisa was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even easier. The only minor point to mention is that the heating was capped at 22°C, which could be a bit limiting for those who prefer it warmer. That said, everything else was absolutely perfect. Jonathan’s Airbnb was fantastic, it being listed as an annex definitely does it a misjustice as the accommodation is a fully functioning home, which just happens to be annexed from their main property. The whole house was kitted out with everything you would need, especially for a young family; highchair, cot, plethora of toys, and all the eating and dinning utensils you would need. If I were to give any constructive feedback/advice to other visitors, it would be for families with waddling toddlers, to be wary of the stairs and step between the kitchen and main foyer. However, this is something that a couple of well positioned pillows can conquer. In summary, we would definitely stay again. :)

We had a great short break and the house was perfect and matched all of the pictures and descriptions. The hot tub was brilliant and the proactive emails, instructions and support from Rob were first class. Would definitely recommend.

Me and my family absolutely loved our stay at Frances's country house! Felt right at home with so much space for us all to relax cook and walk around the grounds.. Lovely local walks too! The kitchen was very well stocked with all we needed and so much fridge/freezer space for everthing we brought along to eat and drink over our few days stay. I actually really appreciated the fact that it didn't seem "fussy" which made it even more like a home away from home and we certainly made use of the aga! The hydro pool was also a great addition and as some others have mentioned in the reviews the pool house is a little dated but with all the other space and open plan set up we really didn't need to use it.. all in all we had a great stay and we'd certainly come back! Thanks again!

This is a beautiful apartment less than 10 minutes drive away from the centre of Winchester. The location is surrounded by stunning countryside with a lovely local pub a 10 minute walk away. The apartment itself is very nice, with a balcony overlooking the pool and garden. This is perfect for 2 or 4 people. You can walk into Winchester but it will take an hour, the drive is less than 10 mins or an uber is around £10.

Absolutely top. Warren was very welcoming when showing us around the place was in great condition and exactly as shown. Bedrooms all had TVs and Kitchen was well stocked for extras coffee sauces and condiments and bathrooms had soap towels and extras if you forgot something. 100% would stay again.

We felt blessed to find such a gorgeous location within a walk of Oxford City Center. Images don’t do the garden justice. Be sure to walk to the Headington Tree park for some gorgeous natural scenery en route to the city.

Absolute lovely 4 days stay at the cottage! Great customer experience, cosy and elegant decoration, blooming garden, nice attention with products already available in the kitchen ( fresh milk, beers..) and grocery at hand if needed. Rooms, towels, bath products, all in high quality and quantity. Dyson hairdryer in the room, Nespresso machine in the kitchen. Great wifi. Heater made us warm in less than an hour. 2 keys to ease our team handling in and out. Handy Parking place at 20 meters. I recommend The eagle tavern for the divine food and the breakfast at the closest bakery in Ashbury( 4 km). Fiona was pro active and reactive and her kind support has been really appreciated all along our stay. Many very good advises and recommendations to target the right meal places and villages ranking! Do not hesitate to book the place : it’s a british heaven!

Wonderful Studio with everything you need - and so much more with milk, bread and eggs available on arrival. Communication with Fiona was easy and responsive to questions. A beautiful, private area to stay in. We found the Studio easily and all the instructions were easy to follow. The Artichoke Cafe was such an excellent experience with the Studio, food is amazing - thank you for a great stay!!

Fabulous location, beautiful, bright & well maintained apartment. The pictures speak for the apartment and the amenities within the estate. I would like to speak more about the hosts, Jane has been very welcoming since the time we booked the property for our Easter weekend stay. Had been in touch regarding the bed room arrangements and informed us to book the amenities ahead of our stay so we get a slot. When I informed her that we did not manage to get the slot, she went in person to make the bookings on our behalf. What a lovely gesture! The day we check-in, Jane's clear instructions helped in locating the property without any issue. I had to contact Jane to inform that our 8 year old was looking for youtube in TV and reg the gaming console remote. In the next 5 mins, her husband was there to sort it all out for us which we really didn't expect. They are such lovely hosts doing everything possible to ensure their guests get what they expect. We'll definitely visit again!

The photos didn't do this place justice, it was beautiful . It was so quiet and relaxing and Tony and Rosemary were quick to respond to anything I asked, I would definitely stay here again

Overall, I thought the experience was excellent. Free breakfast is absolute saver for me traveling with 3 teenagers. The room got cleaned every day during the week. Everything was clean. The whole design was well thought through and user friendly. Though far from central London, it is absolutely value for money if you don’t mind traveling with bus and tube. I would totally stay there again.

We loved our stay at Mark's place. It is beautifully situated in a very rural area, yet close enough to Cheltenham to try out some of the restaurants recommended by Mark. The place is very comfortable, quiet and well equipped. Great communication from Mark along with helpful information about the area.

Lovely clean annex in a good location within Fleet. Sarah's pre arrival communication was clear and help was provided when we had difficulty using the tricky lock mechanism of the front door. The beers in the fridge were also gratefully received!! Thanks a lot 🙂

Ailsa was a pleasure to deal with and the accommodation exceeded expectations. There were lots of little touches and finishes that made it feel like home from home especially the homemade chocolate cake, eggs from the family chickens and fresh bread just to name a few. It was also lovely meeting Max and Dottie the family dogs who are both adorable! We look forward to visiting again in the future.
