Quiet, relaxing space in Kits Point

We are located in beautiful Kits Point just a few blocks to the beach and many wonderful restaurants and coffee shops. Enjoy a leisurely stroll to Granville Island or hop on an aqua bus to take you to the West End. A nice half hour to 45 walk from our home will take you downtown. The bus stop is a convenient 5 minute walk. ALTHOUGH THE SUITE DOES NOT HAVE A KITCHEN it has a bar fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and kettle as well as dishes and utensils. Unsuitable for children under 5.

Bright Kingsize Suite, 1 block from Kits Beach!

Perfect Location! Near beach, Parking & quiet private suite and small garden. Walk down the hill to a quiet calm beach or walk 5/10 minutes to lively Kits beach and Yew St coffee shops, restaurants, take out and Street cafes. 10 minute walk to W. 4th Ave with Italian, French, Mexican, Middle Eastern restaurants, retail stores, groceries & pubs/bars. Downtown, UBC 15- 20 minutes by bus! The bus is 1 block away and (cleaning with antibacterial/disinfectants for your safety.) One largish room.

Our place is at UBC and close to the airport, parks, arts and culture venues, and great views. Private garden entry. A great place for those coming to UBC for a conference or meeting. If you enjoy running or walks in a park environment and taking advantage of great local cafes and bistros you will love this small suite. Our place is small, quiet & cozy: perfect for visiting UBC. Most comfortable for a studious couple or a single adult-not set up for cocooning (BC gov't STR #H497087611).
